The University of Bridgeport admissions are accepted in the three intakes of Fall, Spring, and Summer. With an acceptance rate of nearly 55%, UB has a total of 3,563 students including international students coming from 80 countries around the world.

University of Bridgeport Admission Requirements

UB is test-optional which means SAT/ ACT scores are not mandatory for admission. International students should however demonstrate English language proficiency by submitting scores of standardized tests such as TOEFL and IELTS. Applicants are required to submit all academic records (translated, if necessary) the failure of which may result in denial of admission, admission and scholarship revocation.

  • Students should complete the submissions before the respective deadlines for various intake terms- 1 December for Spring intake and 15 July for Fall intake
