UPESEAT Eligibility Criteria 2023
All candidates should check UPESEAT eligibility before applying for the examination. Only those candidates who satisfy all the eligibility criteria will be considered for the UPESEAT examination. All criteria for UPESEAT are mentioned below. Candidates qualifying for any one of the mentioned academic eligibility can apply.
- Age Limit: Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after Oct 1, 2001, is eligible for UPESEAT 2023.
- Subject & Percentage: A minimum of 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) in class 12 and a minimum of 50% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10+12) is required.
- SAT Pathway: Candidates with a minimum of 50 percentile or above for the general Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) will be considered.
- JEE Main Pathway: A minimum of 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) in class 12 and a minimum of 50% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10+12) is required. Candidates who wish to apply through JEE Main pathway must submit the most recent JEE score and rank. JEE Main cut off rank will be announced soon after the publication of JEE Main results.
- Board Merit Pathway: Candidates should have a minimum of 80% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10+12) and a minimum of 80% aggregate in PCM at the senior secondary level (class 12) if they desire to take admission based on Board merit only.
