What is MAHE OET?
MAHE OET full form is Manipal Academy of Higher Education Online Entrance Test. Manipal Academy of Higher Education conducts MAHE OET. Manipal University was recently named as Manipal University of Higher Education. Hence MU OET (Manipal University Online Entrance Test) is also renamed as MAHE OET.
MAHE offers admission into 218 programs in 19 different disciplines through MAHE OET. It offers courses in the areas of Architecture, Communication, Dentistry, Engineering, Information Sciences, European Studies & Foreign Languages, Hospitality, Humanities, Basic & Advanced Sciences, Life Sciences, Management (MBA), Medicine, Geopolitics & International Relations, Natural Sciences, Nursing, Public Health, Allied Health, Regenerative Medicine and Pharmacy.
MAHE OET is a University level entrance test conducted by Manipal Academy of Higher Education for all the eligible candidates. MAHE also offers courses like B.Sc, BPT, BA, BBA, D. Pharm, B. Tech, M.Sc., etc. are also offered.

MAHE OET Exam Date
MAHE has released the important dates on its official website. Some of the important dates are as follows:
Date of Application: The MAHE OET 2019 online application form will be released on 10th October 2018 and the last date for registration is 12th April 2019. Once candidates have booked an exam slot they can download their MAHE OET Admit Card.
Exam Dates: Exams will be conducted on different dates for various programs from 19th April 2019 to 30th May 2019.
Date of Result: Results of MAHE OET 2019 will be released on 16th June 2019. Since the exams are conducted on different dates, results will also be released on different dates.

MAHE OET Eligibility
There is no age limit set as the criteria for the candidates to appear for MAHE OET 2019. For a candidate to be eligible for MAHE OET 2019, they should have completed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% aggregate in their stream of study.
Candidates have to check for the eligibility criteria before filling the application form. Eligibility criteria are different for different courses.
MAHE OET Syllabus
In MAHE OET 2019, questions are from General English, Chemistry, Biology, Physics and Mathematics. MAHE OET 2019 questions will be asked to assess the knowledge of candidates based on 10+2 syllabus followed by major 10+2 Boards/Universities.
For exams that are associated with post-graduate courses, the questions will be from the under-graduate of that particular course. The syllabus varies based on the exam that the candidate applies for.
MAHE OET Registration
MAHE will release the application form from 10th October 2018. Candidates have to fill MAHE OET Application Form Details and have to submit it before 12th April 2019. More details regarding registration are in the following section.
How to apply for MAHE OET?
Steps to apply for MAHE OET are as follows:
- Candidates need to visit the official website and enter their basic information.
- Once they submit their details, candidates will receive application Number and password through the email id which they provided during registration.
- Then candidates have to enter various contact details like address, pin code, city etc. and click on "submit and continue".
- Now they will be redirected to a page where they have to enter their education qualification details. Now you have click on "submit and continue".
- Candidates will have to choose test centers and make payment. Then they have to check whether every detail that they have entered is correct and confirm it.
MAHE OET Application Form Details
Various application form details that candidates should know are as follows:
- Application date: The MAHE OET 2019 application form will be available on the official website from 10th October 2018.
- Details: Candidates should provide personal as well as academic details in the application form.
- Application Fee: Candidates can pay the application fee using a Debit/Credit card or net banking or DD.
Documents required for MAHE OET
Candidates will need to have various details and documents ready before applying for MAHE OET. These details are:

- Date of Birth
- Class X mark sheet
- Qualifying exam details
- Candidates recent photograph against a white background

MAHE OET Exam Pattern
MAHE OET is a computer-based test and the duration of the exam is 2 hours and 30 minutes. The exam pattern varies for different courses that the candidate is applying through MAHE OET.
Marking Scheme: In MAHE OET 2019 for B.Tech, M.Sc and M.Tech exam (+)4 marks will be awarded for a correct answer and 1 mark will be deduced for every wrong answer. For other courses in MAHE OET 2019 for every correct answer, one mark is awarded and there is no negative marking.
Candidates score will be displayed on the screen after the exam. Candidates must write the score in the printout of the scorecard in the presence of the invigilator.
MAHE OET Admit Card
Candidates can download their MAHE OET Admit Card once they have booked their exam slot through Online Test Booking System (OTBS). Admit Card will be released on the official website of MAHE on 15th April 2019.
Admit card will contain various details like applicants name, the name of the exam, exam center, register number, etc will be present in the admit card.
MAHE OET Slot Booking
Candidates have to book their online exam slot which is comfortable form them and they will have to attend MAHE OET on the allocated slot. Candidates are advised to book their slot as soon as possible as it is first come and first serve basis. Therefore they have to book early so that they will get their desired time slot for MAHE OET.
Candidates can book their exam slot through Online Test Booking System (OTBS). Once the candiate has selected a slot the slot will be booked within in 24 hours. And then they can download their MAHE OET Admit Card.
How to download MAHE OET Admit Card?
After you book your test slot, you can follow the instruction below to download your MAHE OET Admit Card.
- Go the official website of MAHE OET.
- Click on the link which is provided to download admit card.
- Enter your credentials which are your application number and password that you received during registration.
- Now submit it and you will be able to view your MAHE OET Admit Card.
- Take a print out in an A4 Size Sheet.
MAHE OET Exam Centres
MAHE OET will be conducted as a computer-based test in MAHE OET Exam Centres on the allotted exam slot. Candidates will be allotted based on candidate's choice which they have given in OTBS. The list of exam cities are in the following table:
