DU LLB 2019 Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Candidates who have successfully completed their Graduation/Postgraduation Degree from any affiliated University or in the Final Year of Graduation are considered eligible for DU LLB 2019.

  • Percentage Criteria: Candidates need to have a minimum of 50% (for General Category), 45% (for PwD, OBC Category) and 40% (for SC/ST Category) can apply for DU LLB 2019.

DU LLB 2019 Syllabus

  • DU LLB 2019 Syllabus: To prepare for the LLB exam, the candidate needs to focus on the topics such as Jurisprudence, Criminal Law, Law of Contracts (General Principles), Constitutional Law of India, Public International Law, Law of Torts and Family Law (Marriage and Divorce).

  • DU LLM 2019 Syllabus: To prepare for the DU LLM Exam candidate need to focus on the topic such as Constitution of India, Law of Contracts and Sale of goods, Law of Torts and Consumer Protection, Family Law, Contemporary Legal Issues.

DU LLB 2019 Exam Pattern

  • DU LLB 2019 Exam Pattern: The exam will consist of 100 questions, that needs to be answered within a duration of 120 minutes i.e. 2 hours. The exam is objective type with multiple choice questions. 

  • DU LLB 2019 Marking Scheme: Candidate will receive 4 marks for every correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.

  • DU LLB 2019 Application Form Date: The candidates need to fill the application form available on the official website of DU LLB 2019. 

  • DU LLB 2019 Application Fee: The application form fee can be paid through online mode. Application Fee for the General/OBC candidates will be Rs. 500/- and for ST/SC/PWD/CW candidate, fee will be Rs. 250/-.

  • The candidates have to fill the application form online which will be available from 11th June 2019.

 DU LLB 2019 Admit card

  • Download: The admit card will be available for download on the official website of DU LLB 2019 from 26th June 2019.

  • Credentials: The candidates must submit their application number, date of birth and security pin in the admit card portal on the DU LLB official website to download their admit cards.
  • ID Proof: Candidates need to carry an ID Proof along with their Admit Cards for verification while appearing for the exam. The candidates will not be allowed to write the exam without a valid ID Proof.

  • Difficulty: None of the questions asked in the exam was out of the syllabus. However, Candidates felt that the mathematics Paper was quite difficult to answer, while English, logical reasoning and Constitution, GK and Current affairs were moderate. 

  • Overall Difficulty level: The candidates who wrote DU LLB 2018 felt that the overall difficulty level of the examination was Moderate.

  • Time limit: Candidates felt the mathematics section was lengthy and had to rush to complete the paper.
