You're eligible to apply if you've graduated with more than 50% marks. Admission is given based on your performance in RIE-CEE, usually held sometime in June. The RIE in which you get admission depends upon the state, to which you belong. The ones in the North get Ajmer.

The university does not have any mandatory entrance exam. But it has a strict eligibility criteria to get into. The applicants are first sorted out according to their merit and then called for verification.
