Students who have successfully passed their higher secondary examinations (10+2) from a recognised education board with science, arts or commerce stream can opt for BA course. The admission procedures for the course are based on marks. One can choose the course either from an aided or self-financing way. The criteria for getting selected are purely based on marks. The individual percentage mark of English in the 12th grade is the selection criteria. There are no entrance exams or particular cutoffs for the course. A higher percentage of marks is the only criteria for the course.
Well, for getting admission in BA journalism and mass communication there is no such entrance exam. You get admission directly based on your class 12th percent.
