EOU accepts international students admission in Fall, Spring, Summer, and Winter. An average GPA of 2.75 on a scale of 4.0 is required for an undergraduate degree and a GPA of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0 is required for graduate degree courses. Submission of ACT/ SAT scores is optional.
