Biola University's main campus is located at 13800 Biola Avenue, La Mirada, CA 90639. Biola Avenue runs through the university on the west, and La Mirada Boulevard runs through it on the east. It is situated between Rosecrans Avenue and Imperial Highway, two major east-west thoroughfares. The Santa Ana Freeway is about three miles to the southwest.

Biola University encourages International students who have to apply. An application essay is required, as is a transcript showing completed high school work, SAT or ACT scores, and a transcript showing completed high school work. At the Director of Admissions' discretion, GED results may be requested. Students must be 17 years old when they enrol in the institution.
