Class- XII CBSE Submission of forms for Private Candidates 2019. The Online submission of Registration form for 2019 Board examination candidates placed in the category FAIL/COMPARTMENT.

Those who wish to appear for improving their performance or for an Additional subject as the Private candidate for the examination scheduled to be held in February/March/April 2019 has been started.

  • Commencement: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) starts the registration procedure for class 12 in the academic year of class 11 itself, which is through the concerned school.

  • Tentative Last Date: The eligible candidates can apply online latest by October 11, 2019, which is subjected to change every year.

  • Mandatory: The registration form for 12th class board exam will be discharged by CBSE which is online from their official website. It is obligatory for the present students in the 12th class to fill the CBSE 12th Registration or Application Form at the latest. The students who neglect to do as such won't be permitted to appear for the CBSE 12th Boards Exam.

How to Register for CBSE 12th Board exam?

  • Step 1: visit the CBSE website which is – http://www.cbse.nic.in

  • Step 2: Select Online Application for Private Candidates for Main Exam 2019 (Class XII)

  • Step 3: Select the registration for the class 12th.

  • Step 4: Enter board examinations number where you need to enter 5-digit School No., alongside the Center No., and afterwards select your standard as 12.

  • Step 5: Pay the examination fee.

  • Step 6: Finish your application process.

  • Step 7: After finishing, download the affirmation page and take a print-out of the filled registration form.


CBSE 12th Board Exam Online Registration for Class 11 for the New Session 2019:

  • Login: Put your Affiliation No. as User Id, New altered password as Password.

  • Checklist: After submitting the same, the candidates are required to check the following details:

  1. Checklist list of registered students

  2. Rectification of registered list of students, if any

  3. Making the final data sheet

  4. Submit details of fees paid

  5. Print of the final list of registered students

  6. Submission of candidate details along with the fee to the regional office by post

  • Registration Fees: The candidates can pay the application/registration fee via  NEFT or e-challan.


How to apply for CBSE Private Candidate March 2019 Board year:

  • Step 1: Visit the official website cbse.nic.in

  • Step 2: Click on the online Application for Private candidates for Main Exam 2019.

  • Step 3: Click on the in-focus tab right side menu depending upon which exam you wish to appear for viz: Compartment (class 12) or Improvement, or Failure, or Additional Subject.

CBSE Private Candidate Admission Form 2019

CBSE conducts Board examination for regular students studying in schools affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi. There is a number of students who are not part of regular schooling but if they want to appear in the CBSE board examination. They have to fill CBSE Private Candidate Admission Form 2019.  The cases may be as Follows:

  • Students who got re-compartment in class 12 and are not accepted in any school.

  • Students who wish to reappear in all subjects.

  • Candidates who are willing to apply for improvement of marks/grades after 12th.

  • Women candidates (Delhi) who are appearing for board exam privately.

  • Teachers in CBSE affiliated schools, willing to study further.

Submission of Registration forms for Class- XII Private Candidates 2019:

  1. No form will be accepted in offline mode. All forms will only be accepted on online mode and as per the schedules are given.

  2. Fees for all applicants will be accepted only through digital payments mode. Fee can also be paid through Net banking, Debit/Credit Card (both national/ international). No fee shall be accepted in offline mode i.e DD/ Postal Order /Money order/ cheque etc. No application will be accepted without fee.

  3. Candidates will be given question papers in the same medium as filled in the Form. Meaning thereby, if a candidate is opting English as a medium, he will be supplied QP in only the English language. If a student opting Hindi as a medium, he will be supplied bilingual QP i.e. in Hindi & English. Candidates are therefore requested to fill the correct medium of Question Paper and correct option only to avoid the last-minute problem. Medium will not be changed later on.

  4. Details of the respect of candidates who had already appeared in the Board examination held in 2018 examination will be auto-generated online. However, candidates of 2017 or prior are required to submit the details on the online portal. If a candidate makes wrong entries in the application form or had given a false statement or produces a false document, his/her form shall be rejected, the fee paid shall also be forfeited and such candidates shall be considered to have used unfair practices and shall be dealt with accordingly.

  5. It has also been observed that some of the candidates who have completed the online process of application but had not remitted the fee. If a fee is not remitted by the last date, his/her application will be rejected without any notice.

  6. Mere submission of form and payment of the fee will not confer a right on the candidate for appearing in the examination. His/her eligibility will depend upon fulfilling the eligibility conditions as prescribed by the Board.

the All India Senior School Certificate Examination
(Class XII).
OR
The teacher serving in an educational institution affiliated to
the Board and has qualified Class 10 or an equivalent
examination from any recognized Board in 2017 or
earlier.
OR
A candidate who had completed a regular course of
studies and had been allotted Roll No. for appearing
in the AISSCE examination but can do not appear for the
Class XII examination due to medical reasons except
shortage of attendance. A candidate who has been declared as FAIL at the All India Senior School Certificate Examination (Class XII)
OR

A teacher serving in an educational institution affiliated to the Board and has qualified Class X or an equivalent examination in 2018 or earlier

OR

A candidate who had completed the regular course of studies and had been allotted Roll No. for appearing in AISSCE examination but did not appear for the Class XII examination due to certain medical reasons except shortage of attendance

 

COMPARTMENT

(1 SUBJECT)

Candidate applying under the COMPARTMENT category and cannot apply for appearing in Additional subject together

A candidate whose result has been declared as
COMPARTMENT in March 2018 and July 2018 to
apply only in the same subject in which he/she has been
placed in the Compartment.
Such a candidate who has been placed in Compartment
in one subject may also apply for appearing in 5/6
subjects on which he/she had appeared in March 2018
examination. Such candidate should select his/her
category as FAILURE while applying online.
Candidate applying under COMPARTMENT category
cannot apply for appearing in Additional subject
together.

IMPROVEMENT OF PERFORMANCE

Candidate applying for Improvement of Performance is not allowed to apply for appearing in Additional subject together.

 

Only such Candidate who has passed the examination
of the Board in 2018 can apply for 2019 to improve
his/her performance in one or more subjects provided
he/she should have appeared for the same subjects in
the examination held on March 2018.
A candidate who has passed Class XII under
vocational stream in 2017 can also apply for
improving his/her performance in the examination to
be conducted in 2019 provided he/she has not got the
chance in 2018

 

ADDITIONAL SUBJECT

Candidate applying for Additional Subject is not allowed to apply for appearing Improvement of Performance together

 

A candidate who has passed Board examination can apply for an Additional subject from the list of subjects enclosed, within 06 years of passing the examination (pass-outs of 2014/15/16/17/18 are eligible to apply). However, a candidate cannot apply for a subject involving practical work. Candidates are allowed to take subjects having the project component

  • Visually impaired candidate is exempted from Examination fee. However, if the form is submitted after the last date, a late fee will be applicable as per the late fee slab.
  • Female candidates residing outside Delhi are not eligible to apply as the private candidate.

CBSE Board Important Information:

  • Examination centre once allotted is final and no request for change of examination centre will be accepted to. Examination centre will be allotted by the Board based on the current residential address of the applicant.

  • Candidates will be able to apply only for subjects which are auto-generated by the system.

  • New Roll Number will be allotted by the Board for the candidates appearing for the examination in the current year. In no case, the candidates will be allowed to appear with their old Roll No.

  • Admit Card: Eligible candidates can download their Admit Card from the official CBSE website. 

  • Dispatch of original Marksheet/Certificate: Original Marksheet/ Certificate will be sent by the local Regional Office to the residential address given by the candidate in the registration form, by speed post.

  • For candidates who have given their address of Delhi->Admit Card: Eligible candidate will be able to download their Admit Card from the CBSE website www.cbse.nic.in in the month of February 2019.

  • Dispatch of original of Marksheet/Certificate: Original Marksheet/ A certificate will be sent by the Regional Office, Delhi to the examination centre where the candidate had appeared for the board examination. Candidate can collect the Marksheet/Certificate from the examination centre on the submission of the original admit card.

  • Declaration of Result: Results will be declared on the months of May/June 2019 and also will be available on the official CBSE website.

  • Issue of Marksheet/Certificate

    (a) Original mark-sheet and certificate of previous year examination is not

    to be surrendered to the CBSE.

    (b) Marksheet of 2019 examination will be issued to all the candidates who will appear for the examination in the month of February/March/April 2019 immediately after the declaration of result

  • Certificate for 2019 examination is to be issued in the month of June/July 2019 only to those candidates who PASSES the examination as per the criteria of the CBSE.

  • Candidates appearing for Improvement of Performance or for Compartment subjects will be issued a separate Marksheet reflecting only the marks obtained in the said examination.

  • Consolidated mark sheet will be issued only to such candidate who appears for Compartment and will pass in the said Compartment Examination in 2019. Consolidated mark sheet will also contain marks obtained in the subjects passed in the previous examination held in March/April 2018 and also the marks obtained in the subjects appeared for at the Compartment examination.


Instructions to fill Online Private Application form 2019:

  • Candidates details who have appeared in the Board examinations in 2018 will be auto-generated in the system. Candidates of 2017 (or prior) should submit their details on the online registration form again.

  • Put a correct combination of your Roll number, School number and Centre number (as given in your mark sheet) of Board Examination (not applicable for fresh female candidates).

  • In case wrong details are filled the registration form, it will be processed and an error message will display.

  • A candidate can fill only one application form. In case your registration form is submitted with errors, you are not allowed to submit again. 

  • Name, Father’s name, Mother’s name are auto-generated in case the candidate had appeared in 2018.

  • The candidate will be required to provide the Mobile number, email ID in the correct format and correct postal address. The phone number should be of 10 digits and should contain numbers only.

  • Candidates have required to upload scanned jpg files of their photo and signature. The file size shouldn't exceed 40kb.  

  • Caution should be taken for indicating the subject code for the languages as there is more number of subjects. For language, the medium code is not required.

FEE PAYMENT:

  • CBSE is now accepting fees only through digital payments methods such as Netbanking, Debit/Credit card (both national/ international).

  • The requisite fee can also be deposited via digital payment methods Netbanking, debit/credit card (both national/ international). No fee will be accepted via offline mode i.e DD/ Postal Order /Money order/ cheque etc. And no registration form is to be accepted without fee. 

  • Fee paid will be updated by the respective Bank on CBSE server within 24 hours of payment.

  • In case of Bank related transaction problems of the Fee on the server, the candidates should contact the respective Bank through which payment was made. Contact details of Banks are given on the website of CBSE.

CBSE Class 12th Compartment Exam Registration 2019 : 

  • Candidates who could not pass the CBSE Class 12th board exams can apply for the Compartment Exams which is to be held in the month of July 2019 (tentative). 

  • Candidates those who wish to appear for Compartment Exams are required to Register Separately to get a fresh Admit card and Roll Number for the exam. Registration will be done via CBSE official website - cbse.nic.in
