Class- XII CBSE Submission of forms for Private Candidates 2019. The Online submission of Registration form for 2019 Board examination candidates placed in the category FAIL/COMPARTMENT.

Those who wish to appear for improving their performance or for an Additional subject as the Private candidate for the examination scheduled to be held in February/March/April 2019 has been started.

  • Commencement: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) starts the registration procedure for class 12 in the academic session of class 11 which is through the concerned school.

  • Tentative Last Date: The eligible candidates can apply online latest by October 11, 2019, which is generally regulated every year.

  • Mandate: The registration form for 12th class board exam will be discharged by CBSE which is online from their official website. It is obligatory for the present students in the 12th class to fill the CBSE 12th Registration or Application Form at the latest. The students who neglect to do as such won't be permitted to appear for the CBSE 12th Boards Exam.

How to Register/Apply for CBSE 12th Board exam?

  • Step 1: visit the CBSE website which is – http://www.cbse.nic.in

  • Step 2: Select Online Application for Private Candidates for Main Exam 2019 (Class XII)

  • Step 3: Select the registration for the class 12th option.

  • Step 4: entre board examinations number where you need to enter 5-digit School No. alongside the Center No. and afterwards select your standard as 12.

  • Step 5: Pay the examination expense.

  • Step 6: Finish your application procedure.

  • Step 7: After finishing download the affirmation page and take a print-out of the filled registration form.

Login: Put your Affiliation No. as User Id, New altered password as Password.

Checklist: After submitting the same, the candidates are required to check the following details:

  1. Checklist list of registered students

  2. Rectification of registered list of students, if any

  3. Making the final data sheet

  4. Submit details of fees paid

  5. Print of the final list of registered students

  6. Submission of candidate' details along with the fee to the regional office by post

Registration Fees: The candidates can pay the application/registration fee via  NEFT or e-challan.


How to apply for CBSE Private Candidate March 2019 Board year:

  • Step 1 – Visit the official website cbse.nic.in

  • Step 2 – Click on the online Application for Private candidates for Main Exam 2019.

  • Step 3 – Click on the in-focus tab right side menu depending upon which exam you wish to appear for viz: Compartment (class 12) or Improvement, or Failure, or Additional Subject.

  •  Step 4 –Now select category such as compartment and proceed for complete registration process  Enter your Previous Roll Number, Previous year of examination, Enter 5 digit School no. and Center no. as given on your Previous admit card, select class 10th or 12th.

CBSE Private Candidate Admission Form 2019

CBSE conducts Board examination for regular students studying in schools affiliated to CBSE, New Delhi. There is a number of students who are not part of regular schooling but they appear in the board examination. They have to fill CBSE Private Candidate Admission Form 2019.  The cases may be as Follows:

  • Students who got re-compartment in class 12 and not enrolled in any school.

  • Students who wish to reappear in all subjects.

  • Candidates willing to apply for improvement of marks/grades after 12th.

  • Women candidates (Delhi) who are sitting in board exam privately.

  • Teachers in CBSE affiliated schools, willing to study further.

Submission of forms for Class- XII Private Candidates 2019:

i) No form will be accepted in offline mode. All forms will only be accepted on online mode and as per the schedules are given.

ii) Fees for all activities will be accepted only through digital payments mode. The requisite fee can be paid through Net banking, Debit/Credit Card (both national/ international). No fee shall be accepted in offline mode i.e DD/ Postal Order /Money order/ cheque etc. No application will be accepted without fee.

iii) Candidates will be provided question papers in the same medium as filled in the Form. Meaning thereby, if a candidate is opting English as a medium, he will be supplied QP in only English language. If a student opting Hindi as a medium, he will be supplied bilingual QP i.e. in Hindi & English. Candidates are therefore requested to fill the correct medium of Question Paper and correct option only to avoid the last-minute problem. Medium will not be changed later on.

iv) Details in respect of candidates who have appeared in the Board’s examination held in 2018 examination will be auto-generated in the online system. However, candidates of 2017 or prior will need to submit the details on the online portal. If a candidate makes wrong entries in his/her application form or gives the false statement or produces the false document, his/her form shall be rejected, the fee paid shall be forfeited and such candidates shall be considered to have used unfair practices and dealt accordingly

v) It has been observed that some candidates complete the online entry of application but do not remit the fee. If a fee is not remitted by the last date, his/her application will be rejected without any notice.

vi) Mere submission of form and payment of the fee will not confer a right on the candidate for appearing in the examination. His/her eligibility will depend upon the fulfilment of the eligibility conditions prescribed by the Board.

the All India Senior School Certificate Examination
(Class XII).

The teacher serving in educational institution affiliated to
the Board and has qualified Class X or an equivalent
examination from any recognized Board in 2017 or
earlier.
OR
Candidate who had completed regular course of
studies and had been allotted Roll No. for appearing
at AISSCE examination but could not appear for the
Class XII examination due to medical reasons except
shortage of attendance. Candidate who has been declared as FAIL at the All India Senior School Certificate Examination (Class XII)
OR

Teacher serving in educational institution affiliated to the Board and has qualified Class X or an equivalent examination in 2018 or earlier

OR

Candidate who had completed regular course of studies and had been allotted Roll No. for appearing at AISSCE examination but could not appear for the Class XII examination due to medical reasons except shortage of attendance

 

COMPARTMENT

(1 SUBJECT)

Candidate applying under COMPARTMENT category cannot apply for appearing in Additional subject together

Candidate whose result has been declared as
COMPARTMENT in March 2018 and July 2018 to
apply only in the subject in which he/she has been
placed in Compartment.
Such candidate who has been placed in Compartment
in one subject may also apply for appearing in 5/6
subjects in which he/she had appeared in March 2018
examination. Such candidate should select his/her
category as FAILURE while applying online.
Candidate applying under COMPARTMENT category
cannot apply for appearing in Additional subject
together.

IMPROVEMENT OF PERFORMANCE

Candidate applying for Improvement of Performance cannot apply for appearing in Additional subject together.

 

Only such Candidate who has passed the examination
of the Board in 2018 can apply in 2019 for improving
his/her performance in one or more subjects provided
he/she should have appeared in the same subjects in
the examination held in March 2018.
Candidate who has passed Class XII under
vocational stream in 2017 can also apply for
improving his/her performance in the examination to
be held in 2019 provided he/she has not availed the
chance in 2018

 

ADDITIONAL SUBJECT

Candidate applying for Additional Subject cannot apply for appearing for Improvement of Performance together

 

Candidate who has passed Board examination can apply for an Additional subject from the list of subjects enclosed, within 06 years of passing the examination (pass-outs of 2014/15/16/17/18 are eligible to apply). However, candidate cannot apply for a subject involving practical work. Candidates are allowed to take subjects having the project component

  • Visually impaired candidate is exempted from Examination fee.However if form is submitted after the last date, late fee will be applicable as per the late fee slab.
  • Female candidates residing outside Delhi are not eligible to apply as the private candidate.

CBSE Board Important Information:

  • Examination centre once allotted will be final and no request for change of examination centre will be acceded to. Examination centre will be allotted by the Board based on the current residential address of the applicant.
  • Candidate will be able to apply only for subjects which are auto-generated in the system.
  • Fresh (New) Roll Number will be allotted by the Board for the candidates appearing in 2019. In no case, the candidates will be allowed to appear with
    the previous year’s Roll No.
  • Admit Card: Eligible candidate will be able to download their Admit Card from the CBSE website www.cbse.nic.in in the month of February 2019.
  • Dispatch of original Marksheet/Certificate: Original Marksheet/ Certificate will be sent by the concerned Regional Office to the residential address given by the applicant in the application form, by Speed Post.
  • For candidates who have given their address of Delhi->Admit Card: Eligible candidate will be able to download their Admit Card from the CBSE website www.cbse.nic.in in the month of February 2019.
  • Dispatch of original of Marksheet/Certificate: Original Marksheet/ A certificate will be sent by Regional Office, Delhi to the examination centre where the candidate had appeared for the examination. Candidate can collect the Marksheet/Certificate from the examination centre on production of original admit card.
  • Declaration of Result -Result will be declared during the months of May/June 2019 and will be available on the CBSE website. However, no enquiries related to the actual date of declaration of result will be attended to.
  • Issue of Marksheet/Certificate
    (a) Original mark-sheet and certificate of previous year examination is not
    to be surrendered to the CBSE.
    (b) Marksheet of 2019 examination will be issued to all the candidates who will appear for the examination in the month of February/March/April, 2019 immediately after the declaration of result
  • Certificate for 2019 examination will be issued in the month of June/July 2019 only to those candidates who will PASS the examination as per the Pass criteria of the CBSE.
  • Candidate appearing for Improvement of Performance or for Additional subject will be issued a separate fresh Marksheet reflecting only the marks obtained in the said examination.
  • Consolidated marksheet will be issued only to such candidate who will appear for 2nd chance Compartment and will pass in the said Compartment Examination in 2019. Consolidated marksheet will contain marks obtained in the subjects passed in the previous examination held in March/April 2018 as also the marks obtained in the subject appeared for at the 2nd chance Compartment examination.

Instructions to fill Online Private Application form 2019:

  • Candidates details who have appeared in the Board examinations held in 2018 will be auto-generated in the online system. Candidates of 2017 (or prior) will need to submit the details on the online application form.
  • Put a correct combination of your Roll number, School number and Centre number (as given in your mark sheet) of Board Examination (not applicable for fresh female candidates).
  • In case wrong details are filled the application will be processed and an error message will be displayed.
  • A student can fill only one application form. In case your application is already submitted you will not be allowed to apply again. 
  • Name, Father’s name, Mother’s name will be auto-generated in case of
    the candidate who has appeared in 2018.
  • The applicant will be required to provide the Mobile number, email ID in the correct format and correct postal address. The phone number should be of 10 digits and should contain numbers only.
  • Applicants need to upload scanned jpg files of their Photo and signature not exceeding 40 KB in size.
  • Particular care should be taken for indicating the subject code against languages as there is more than one type of courses. For language, the medium code is not required.

FEE PAYMENT:

  • CBSE is now accepting fees for all activities only through digital payments mode such as Netbanking, Debit/Credit card (both national/ international).
  • The requisite fee can be deposited through payment gateway/ Netbanking, debit/credit card (both national/ international). No fee shall be accepted in offline mode i.e DD/ Postal Order /Money order/ cheque etc. No application will be accepted without fee
  • Fee paid is automatically updated by the Banks on CBSE server within 24
    hours.
  • In case of Bank related transaction or non-updation of Fee on the server, the candidates should contact the respective Bank through which payment was made. Contact details of Banks are given on the website of CBSE.
