COHSEM HSE Registration Instructions 2026

The Manipur HSE registration 2026 form shall be submitted to the office of the Principal of the institution concerned. The Head of the institution shall forward the same to the Council of Higher Secondary Education office, Manipur, along with the necessary fees and documents. Please note the following points while registering:

Late fines fixed by the council from time to time will be charged if the application is not received within the stipulated time.
The council will reject incomplete application forms without the necessary documents or a prescribed registration fee.
Fees prescribed by the council from time to time shall be charged for correction of any wrong entry in the application form/enrolment and registration statement.
The candidate should register from only one institution. If a candidate is found to have been enrolled/registered in more than one institution:
- Their enrollment and registration will be canceled for that particular session.
- They shall be fined a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) only if they desire to opt only one of the institutions and continue to be a candidate of that institution”.
Those indigenous tribal candidates whose mother tongue is not included in the given 15 (fifteen) MIL subjects, i.e. (1) Assamese (2) Bengali (3) Hindi (4) Hmar (5) Kom (6) Manipuri (7) Mizo (8) Nepali (9) Paite (10) Tangkhul (11) Thadou Kuki (12) Vaiphei (13) Zou (14) Ruangmei (15) Mao La and domiciled in Manipur should enclose their Tribe certificate issued by the designated authority at the time of submission.
