The passing mark required in the PSEB 12th board is 33%. The PSEB 12th passing marks 2026 are a minimum of 33% in all the subjects in order to pass the 12th board exams. These marks are calculated by adding the theory marks and the practical marks received by the students. Apart from receiving 33% in all subjects, the student must also attain a minimum of 33% as the average percentage. The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) is conducting the 12th board exams right now. The board exams are expected to be conducted between February 19, 2026, and April 4, 2026. The results of these exams will be declared on April 30, 2026 (tentatively). The students can check this article to learn the minimum marks required to pass the exams.

The students are also allotted grades according to the marks received by they. The students must also receive passing grades in all the subjects in order to pass the board exams. The PSEB 12th grading system has been divided into 7 grades.
The grades range from A+ to D, with A+ being the highest grade and D being the lowest grade. A Student must attain a minimum grade of C+ to pass. The grading system can be explained by the following table:

If a student is not satisfied with his/her marks after the results are declared, he/she can opt for revaluation of the answer sheets. Their copies will be checked again, and if the examiner finds a mistake in checking, he/she will increase the student's marks.
The student will have to pay some nominal fees to apply for rechecking. The results of the revaluation will be declared in July 2026 (tentative).
A student can apply for the PSEB 12th compartment exams if they don't get passing marks in one or more subjects. These exams will be conducted tentatively in August 2026. A student must get passing marks in the compartment exam, as well as in order to clear the 12th board.
