Regular I and II candidates must complete the pre-printed application forms provided by the board. MBOSE does not accept major changes in the pre-printed forms except for minor clerical errors in the candidate's name or title. Changes may also be made (if required) in optional subjects such as Health and Physical Education, Computer Science, or vocational subjects if these optional subjects were exchanged or replaced under the school’s directive during their studies. Under such circumstances, these changes had to be accompanied by a written statement from the school concerned explaining the reason.
