HOS Application Form 2026: Check 10th and 12th Registration

The Haryana Board of School Education (HBSE) opened the HOS application form 2026 window online from September 4, 2025. Candidates can apply for the HOS 10th and 12th exam by registering themselves on the official website. Moreover, students applying for the fresh category could submit the online form by October 3, 2025.

The last date to make edits in the HOS 10th and 12th exam form 2026 by paying a minimum of Rs 100 and a maximum of Rs 1000 is December 31, 2025. Candidates who fail to complete the HOS application form 2026 within the specified period will not be allowed to appear for the final board examination.

• Step 1: Visit the official website of the Haryana board - bseh.org.in.
• Step 2: Under the News section on the home page, search for 'Online Application for Open School Students' and click on it.
• Step 3: In the new window that opens, enter the necessary credentials to log in.
• Step 4: The application form page will open. Carefully fill out the online application form.
• Step 5: Click on the "Submit" button and proceed to the fee payment.  
• Step 6: After making the fee payment, the final submitted application form will appear on the screen and take a printout of it for further reference.

The following is a step-by-step procedure to download the HOS application form 2026 for class 12th. Carry out these steps carefully to avoid any mistakes in the registration process:

HOS 10th and 12th Exam Application Form Fee Details

HOS 10th and 12th students will have to pay a separate fee to appear at the theory and practical compartment exams. Students have to pay INR 100 to appear for the practical exams. The fee details with their deadlines are mentioned below:
