Step 1: Open the official KSEAB site (Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board).

Step 2: On the homepage, under the ‘news’ section, click on ‘ generate challan’. 

Step 3: Complete the necessary fields to generate the challan.

Step 4: Click the payment method that is online mode.  Select the ‘ get challan ‘ option. 

Step 5: Based on your preference (UPI, card ), click on the ‘pay now’ option. Do not click on any button before the transaction is over. 

Step 6: A payment confirmation method will be sent to the registered mobile number. 

Step 7: Print it out for security and documentation purposes. Students who are late in submitting their application form have to pay a late fee.

Students must carry a few essential documents, which will be required during the application for the 2nd PUC Examination 2026. 

 
  • Class 10th marksheet, original, that must be attested by the Principal 
  • Passport size photograph, minimum 5 
  • SC/ST/OBC Caste Certificate (only if applicable)
