CBSE 12th Physics Question Paper Pattern 2026

It is necessary for you to know the question paper pattern, to prepare for the Physics board exam.The highest possible score on the Physics question paper is 70. There are five sections to it. Multiple Choice questions (MCQs) and Assertion-Reason questions make up Section A, which is worth 16 marks.There are 10 marks worth of very short answer questions in Section B. There are 21-mark short answer questions in Section C. Section D has case study-based questions with a 8-mark value.Section E contains long answer questions that are worth 15 marks.
