The CBSE Class 12th Chemistry question paper is of 70 marks theory and 30 marks practical. It consists of five sections. Section A is of 16 marks and contains 16 objective-type questions, each worth one mark. Section B is of 10 marks and contains 5 very short answer questions, each worth two marks. Section C is of 21 marks and contains 7 short-answer questions, each worth three marks. Section D is of 8 marks and contains 2 case study-based questions, each worth four marks. Section E is of 15 marks and contains 3 long-answer questions, each worth five marks. Also, there is no negative marking. The exam is conducted for 3 hours.
