Company Secretary Course Fee:

One can apply for the Company Secretary course only through ICSI. The exam can be pursued only through ICSI and not in University or private colleges. The course fee is standard. A candidate is declared to have passed if he/she has secured a minimum of 40% in each paper and 50% marks in the aggregate of all subjects respectively in foundation/executive/professional examination.
