College Francois-Xavier-Garneau is a French-language college that was brought into operations after the merger of several institutions which became public in 1967. The college takes pride in being home to approximately 8,000 students who are enrolled in different programs offered by the college. Almost 1,500 students graduate every year from the college and the college believes that the dedicated faculty members and the student’s continuous effort have made such success possible.
College Francois-Xavier-Garneau was established in 1969, the college was established after the merger of two colleges, Collège des Jésuites (Jesuit College) and École normale Laval (Laval Normal school).

The admission criteria differ depending upon the program one chooses to enroll in. However, it\'s important to make sure that the students fulfill both college requirements as well as the individual program requirement in which one wished to get enrolled. The students are required to first identify the program, verify that the Collège accepts international students in that chosen program, and then fill up the application form.

The fees that are charged to domestic students are completely different from the one that is charged to international students. The application procedure for different colleges is different from one another. For admission at the college, one needs to send their SRAM admission request to the following address: sram.qc.ca. through online. The deadline for admission to submit a complete file for the Fall session is March 1, 2022 (Closed) and November 1, 2022 for the Winter session.
Along with tuition fees, there are other fees or charges that students have to pay depending upon the program and the facilities that they have availed. The students have to pay for stationery, books, membership fees, residence or accommodation services, and so on.
The payment for tuition as well as other fees can be made using online banking services or via bank transfer, demand draft, and other recognized payment methods. The fee payment for the Fall term must be done in March and for the Winter term, it must be done by November.
