CSBE has released the Private candidates Admit card of class 10th and 12th. The admit card can be downloaded from the official website of the CBSE. Scroll down to get more details and steps to download the admit card.

  • Availability: CBSE 12th Exam Admit Card 2019 in the CBSE official website - www.cbse.nic.in. The School Authorities will download the CBSE 12th Admit Card 2019 and issue the candidates with the authorised signature and stamp.

  • Note: The original Admit Card will be issued to the school authorities before the exam theory and practical exams commence and the students have to take their Hall Tickets from their respective Institution before the CBSE 12th Board Exam commences.
  • Mandatory: The Candidates must bring their CBSE 12th Admit Card 2019 to the Exam Centre. No candidates will be allowed to attend for the Examination without producing the Admit Card.

How To Download CBSE 12th Admit Card 2019:

The process includes certain steps to be followed which are given below in brief:

  • Step 1: Visit the CBSE Official Website cbse.nic.in

  • Step 2: Under the Recent Announcement section on the homepage. Click on the link provided for the Admit Card.

  • Step 3: Click on the CBSE Class 12th Admit Card option. In the next window enter the required details and click on Submit.

  • Step 4: CBSE Class 12th Admit Card 2019 will appear on the screen. Download the Admit Card.

  • Step 5: Take a Printout for future reference.

CBSE Class 12th Private Candidate Admit Card 2019:

The private students who have applied for the CBSE board exam 2019 have to follow the following steps to download the information about the CBSE Class 12th Private Candidate admit card 2019. 

  • Step 1: Visit the official website

  • Step 2: Click on “Recent Announcement” tab

  • Step 3: Click on “Admit Card/Intimation letter”.

  • Step 4: The Private students need to enter the credentials like where you reside, Application number or previous roll number or candidate name.

  • Step 5: After entering the details click to Proceed.

Regarding Non- Issue Of Admit Card:

  • CBSE board has refrained schools from withholding Admit Cards of candidates who have performed poorly in the pre-board examinations held by the school. 

  • CBSE Board has strictly ordered schools to refrain from charging fees for admit cards.

  • Schools must issue admit card to candidates enlisted in the finalized List Of Candidates (LOC) for classes 10th and 12th board exams.

  • Candidates are required to produce the Roll Number as an identity for the result declaration.

  • For any communication with the Board, if required, you have to mention your Roll Number.

  • While retrieving the CBSE Results, Roll Number will be an essential credential for logging into the portal.


CBSE Class 12th Compartment Admit Card 2019:

  • Those Students will register themselves for the supplementary exam 2019 can only download their Compartment admit card 2019 for class 12 examination, only after the CBSE Class 12th Board Exams are over. 

  • Admit card for CBSE Compartment exam for the year 2019 will be released within July 2019 tentatively. Whereas candidates shall visit the CBSE official website to download the Compartment Exam Admit card.


Important instruction:

  • Check if all the Details in the Hall ticket are correct as per the details provided during the Registration process.

  • It is Mandatory for the Parents to Sign in the Admit Card. 

 


How important is the CBSE Class 12th Board Intermediate Hall Ticket?

  • First & foremost, without the Hall Ticket, a candidate is not allowed to enter the exam premise thus, the candidate is not allowed to appear for the exam.

  • For Intermediate 2nd year candidates, while applying for entrance exams the intermediate Hall ticket number is Mandatory.

  • During the counselling sessions of the entrance exams, the candidate needs to submit the Intermediate Hall ticket along with the other certificates.

  • Intermediate Hall ticket is very important for the candidates even for future references while seeking admission in various courses after the Completion of Intermediate.

 


CBSE Class 12th Board Instruction To Candidates:

  • Candidates should verify the details printed in the Admit Card carefully. Any mistakes should be brought to the notice of the school principal immediately for rectification.

  • Candidates should read the instructions printed on the answer booklet carefully. The Roll Number in the Hall-Ticket should match the Roll Number printed on the OMR barcoded sheet. It is the responsibility of the candidates to collect the correct OMR sheet form the invigilator. Pinning of a wrong barcoded sheet will lead to the wrong declaration of results.

  • Candidates are expected to occupy the seats allotted to them inside the examination hall, 15 minutes before the commencement of the examination. After that, no student will be allowed to enter the premises.

  • Candidates must have their Hall Ticket at the examination hall for inspection by the Chief Asst. Superintendent / Department Officer of the examination centre or by any authorized officials.

  • Candidates should receive the correct question paper and unique subject code should be matched with the one mentioned in Hall Ticket.

  • Candidates should not write their names or Roll Number in any part of the answer book.

  • Candidates are to be booked under malpractices act if they indulge in:-

    1. Bringing any kind of written/printed material/books into the examination hall.

    2. Nothing down the answers on the question papers hall ticket.

    3. Copying from others.

    4. Possession of cell phone and other electronic gadgets.
