Karnataka 2nd PUC Physics Exam Pattern 2026 - Check Marking Scheme

The Karnataka 2nd PUC Physics exam pattern for 2025-26 will be released on the official website, pue.karnataka.gov.in. The Karnataka 2nd PUC Exam 2026 will be conducted for 100 marks, with 70 marks allocated for theory and 30 marks allocated for internal assessment. You will have to use the updated exam pattern, as it includes the paper pattern, question types, and difficulty level of the paper. 

The Karnataka 2nd PUC Exam Pattern 2026 will include multiple choice questions, long-type, short-type, and very long-type questions. You'll have to use the exam pattern when preparing for the board exam, since it comes with a topic-based weightage system. Also, there is no negative marking in Karnataka's 2nd PUC board exam paper. To clear the Karnataka 2nd PUC exam 2025, you must get at least 35 out of 100 marks in a subject.

Karnataka 2nd PUC Physics Exam Pattern 2026 - Section Wise

To prepare for the Physics board exam, students must be familiar with the sectional pattern.The Karnataka 2nd PUC Physics exam has four sections (A, B, C, and D), each designed to assess different cognitive levels ranging from recall of factual knowledge to analysis and application. Questions are further classified into 20 mark objectives, 10 mark short-answers, 15-mark short answers, and 25-mark long-answer questions to represent different mark distributions.
