- Fill the application form and pay the revaluation fee. The photovcopy application window will appear on the screen.

- Choose the subject for which you want to apply for the scanned copies and click on submit. Then, fillin the challan and make the payment using any of the online payment methods.
- Once the payment is completed, wait for the challan to be generated and download the application form.
