HBSE 12th Chemistry Question Paper Pattern 2026

To study for the Chemistry board exam, you must be aware of the question paper pattern.On the Chemistry question paper, 70 is the maximum attainable score.It is divided into five sections. Section A consists of 18-mark multiple-choice questions (MCQ).Section B consists of very short answer questions earning 14 marks.There are 15-mark short answer questions in Section C. There are case based questions carrying 8 marks in Section D. There are 15-mark long answer questions in Section E. The format of the Chemistry question paper is displayed in the following table:
