About Haryana LEET 2023
Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) is responsible for organizing Harayana LEET 2023 ( Haryana Lateral Entry Entrance Test) for candidates aspiring to enter the 2nd year/3rd semester of Undergraduate Engineering Programs including B.Tech/B.E. in various engineering colleges across Haryana.
To implement transparent and uniform procedures for admission in Undergraduate and Postgraduate Diploma courses across different Engineering colleges of Haryana, the state government has constituted the Haryana State Technical Education Society–HSTES (formerly known as Haryana State Counseling Society-HSCS).
The admissions are provided to the course based on the inter-se-rank obtained in OLET (Online Lateral Entry Test). Admissions to B. Arch. The course is made based on rank obtained in NATA which is conducted by COA and JEE (MAIN) paper part II conducted by CBSE.
- Courses: The LEET 2023 exam is a gateway for admissions to undergraduate engineering programs offered by HSTES (Haryana State Technical Education Society) including B.E. (Lateral Entry) in Civil/CSE/ECE/EEE/Mechanical/Automobile/Aeronautical and I.T and B.Arch.
- Sections: The exam consists of the following sections namely Basic Science, Electronics, Mechanical and other engineering stream courses.
- Mode: The exam is conducted online
- Frequency: The Haryana LEET 2023 exam is conducted once a year.

LEET Exam 2023 Eligibility Criteria:
It is important for candidates to go through the eligibility criteria of LEET 2023 carefully before attempting the application.
Candidates should have passed Part 1 of B.Sc/B.Tech or have a Diploma in Engineering to be eligible for applying to the Haryana LEET 2023 examination.
Qualifications: To appear for Haryana LEET 2023 candidates belonging to OC or OBC are required to score at least 45% marks, and 40% aggregate marks for SC/ST/PD.
Nationality: Applicants must be citizens of India to appear for Haryana LEET 2023 Exam.
Migrants: There is a quota reserved for Kashmiri migrants who are allowed up to 10% cut-off relaxation.

- Select the test centres as per your preference. You will be given 2 test centre slots to fill in case the first one is not available, authorities will move on to your next preference.
- Upload a passport-size photo and your signature.
- The next step is to submit the application fee.
- The complete Application form of LEET 2023 will appear on the screen for download.
Application fee: The application fee for the general category is INR 500 whereas, for female candidates and reserved category, it will be INR 200. The application fee can be paid through credit/debit/Net Banking etc.

LEET 2023 Counselling
LEET 2023 Counselling dates will be released on the official website. The counselling process will take place after completing the registration process and choice filling details are added. After a few days, HSTES seat allotment result will be announced.
- Round 1 of counselling shall be done for all categories i.e, KM, HOGC, TFW, AIC, BC-A, BC-B, PH, ESM, SC and FF of all categories with 25% Horizontal Female reservation.

Round 2 of counselling shall be done for all categories namely BC (by merging BC-B and BC-A in BC), KM, HOGC, AIC, TWF, ESM (by merging all ESM), FF, and PH with 25% Horizontal Female reservation.
