MDU CEE stands for Maharshi Dayanand University Common Entrance Exam. It is a state-level exam organized by Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, which provides admissions into the undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral courses. MDU CEE 2021 Eligibility

Before applying for the MDU CEE 2021 exam, the candidates must go through the eligibility criteria. The candidates who fail to meet the eligibility will not be allowed to take up the exam.


The candidate must be an Indian national to apply for the MDU CEE 2021 exam.

B.Tech. The candidates should have passed 12th with Mathematics & Physics as compulsory along with Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology with a minimum of 45% marks.
B.Pharm The candidates should have passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry along with Mathematics, Biology, Biotechnology, Computer Science with 50% marks.
B.Pharm lateral entry The candidates should have passed the 12th class with a minimum of 55% marks.
Integrated LLB (Hons), Integrated MA (Hons) English, Integrated M.Com. (Hons) under SFS, Integrated M.Sc Mathematics (Hons), Integrated Masters of Fine Arts (Painting) Candidates should have passed 12th with 45% marks.
Integrated MBA, Integrated MA Economics (Hons), Integrated MA (Hons) Public Administration Candidates should have passed 12th with 45% marks.
BA (General) Candidate should have passed 12th with 33% marks
B.Com (General) Candidate should have passed 12th with 40% marks
B.Sc (Home Science, Human Nutrition & Dietetics) Candidates should have passed 12th with 45% marks.
B.Sc (Sports Science) Candidates should have passed 12th from a recognized board, with Physical Education as a subject. The candidate should have represented their school at the district level.
BA (Hons), B.Com (Hons), B.Sc (Hons), BSW (Social Work), BCA, BBA, BJMC Candidates should have passed 12th with at least 45% marks.
M.Sc The candidates should have passed their Bachelor's degree of 3 years duration with at least 50% of marks.
M.Pharm The candidates should have passed B.Pharm with a minimum of 50% marks.
M.Com The candidates should have passed B.Com (Hons), BBA or BA with Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Insurance with 45% marks.
M.Ed The candidates should have passed B.Ed with 50% marks.
MHM & CT The candidates should have obtained their Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 45% marks.
MTTM The candidate should have passed Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks.
MCA (Lateral Entry) The candidates should have passed Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks.
MPED The candidate should have a BPED or B.Sc. Physical Education, Health & Sports with minimum 55% marks.
LLB The candidates should have passed Bachelor's/Master’s with a minimum of 45% marks
LLM Candidates should have passed LLB with 50% marks
MBA (Hons) Candidates should have attained their Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks.

Steps to apply for the Application Form

  1. Visit the official website.
  2. Now, click on the “Admission” tab and then click on the “Application Form.”
  3. Enter the required information in the application form and register. It must be noted that filling of (*) marked field is mandatory.
  4. The candidates should fill in their personal and educational details and cross-check the details filled in the application form.
  5. Upload the documents such as a passport-sized photograph, a scanned copy of the signature, and left thumb impression, as prescribed in the format.
  6. Pay the application fee and proceed by clicking on the “Submit” button.

MDU CEE 2021 Application fee

The candidates can pay the application fee online through internet banking, debit card, credit card, or an e-challan. Candidates who wish to apply for more than one course will have to pay the additional fee of INR 150 per subject.

MDU CEE 2021 Counselling

The candidates who have qualified the exam will be called for the counseling session. Candidates will be shortlisted based on the merit list and reservation category. The counseling session is divided into 2 phases: document verification and seat allotment process. After the counseling session, the candidates will have to pay a certain amount to block their seats.
