CHSE Odisha Rechecking/Re-Addition of Marks 2021

Students are advised to apply for re-checking/re-addition as early as possible without waiting for the last date to get their re-checking/re-addition results early and avoid a late hour rush. The final date to apply for the re-addition will be specified by the board. However, this does not apply to MP (malpractice) candidates.

The council will not be responsible if the student fails to deposit the requisite fees by the last date. Under no circumstances shall complaints regarding re-checking/re-addition shall be entertained after the due dates. There is no provision for refund/adjustment of fees paid for re-addition under any circumstances.

Important Note: Re-checking/Re-addition of marks will be restricted to checking whether all the answers have been examined, and also, there has been no mistake in the totalling of marks or the correctness of marks awarded.

Steps for Applying Re-checking/Re-addition Form 2021

Before proceeding to apply for re-checking/re-addition to ensure that one should have an active email-ID for further communication. Fees can be deposited using SBI ATM-cum-Debit Card, Net Banking facility of any bank besides visiting any SBI branch to deposit cash or cheque drawn on any SBI Branch.

Step 1: Visit SBI's online banking website by typing in the address bar of your browser, viz, or Internet Explorer. Once the home page appears, click on the 'State Bank Collect' Tab.

Step 2: Accept the disclaimer clause and click on 'Proceed.'

Step 3: Select the State, i.e. Corporate/Institution as 'Odisha'.

Step 4: Select the type, i.e. Corporate/Institution as 'Educational Institutions' and click on 'Go.'

Step 5: Now select the Educational Institution name as 'Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha' and click on 'Submit.

Step 6: Please make sure to fill up the roll number (as mentioned in the admit card) and a valid email-ID correctly without using any space between the characters.

Step 7: Fill in Challan with the required information as asked for or select from the drop-down options wherever available.

Step 8: Take adequate care while filling in the Name, Date of Birth, and Mobile Number as asked for in the lower section on the home page. This information is essential to reprint the E-Receipt after any successful payment.


  • If the 'SBI Branch' is selected in payment mode, a Pre Acknowledgement Payment (PAP) form will be generated, containing the relevant details for payment at the branch.

  • The payee must take the PAP form printout and visit any SBI Branch for payment through cash or cheque via that SBI branch.

  • Once the payment is successfully processed, the branch will acknowledge the payment on the PAP form.

CHSE Odisha Results Previous Years' Statistics

Odisha board released class 12th results 2020 for Science stream on 12th August 2020, and Arts stream result was out by the end of August as told by the School and Mass Education Minister, Samir Dash.
