The board is set to conduct the Multimedia and Web technology papers on 13 Mar 2024 from 1:30 to 4:30pm. papers from 1:30 to 4:30 pm. Students must reach the examination hall 30 minutes before the commencement of exams along with their class 12 AHSEC admit cards. Furthermore, the Assam HS exams 2024 started on 12 Feb 2024 and will conclude on 13 Mar 2024.

Assam HS Registration Form 2024

The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council announced the registration dates for the HS final examination. The registration process for the Assam HS board exam was started from 1 Nov 2023 and will continue till 30 Nov 2023. Late fees will be charged as well.

Students must fill out their Assam HS exam 2024 registration form from the board's official website. Some of the steps to follow are mentioned below: 

• Step 1: Visit the official website. 
• Step 2: Navigate to the home page and click on the "Registration" option. 
• Step 3: Click on the "Apply for Registration" option and download the form.

Assam HS Eligibility Criteria 2024

Students must pass class 11th of any government-recognized state or national board. Anyone currently studying in class 12th may appear for the class 12th Assam exam 2024. The eligibility criteria for students are:

• Students must have passed classes 10th and 11th from Assam board or any other recognised board.

Assam HS Admit Card 2024

Admit card is compulsory for students to appear for the examination. Class 12th Assam exam 2024 admit card (offline) will be released in January 2024 (tentative). Points to be kept in mind after collecting the Assam HS admit card 2024:

• Upon receiving the admit card, students should ensure that it is devoid of mistakes.
• If the admit card details are incorrect, students must contact the school authorities immediately.
• Admit cards include vital information like the student's name, parent's name, school name, roll number, subject code, etc.
• Students must have passed classes 10th and 11th from Assam board or any other recognised board.
• Students must register themselves for Assam HS exams 2024 by filling out the registration form.

Assam HS Syllabus 2024

AHSEC made changes to the Assam HS Alternative English syllabus 2023-24. The textbook 'VIBGYOR' will now be replaced by 'Harmony: An Anthology of Prose and Poetry'. Assam board has published the updated Assam class 12th exam 2024 syllabus.

Unlike previous years, there is no reduction in syllabus. Rather, the entire syllabus is implemented. There are three streams; Science, Commerce, and Arts. The Assam HS exam 2024 syllabus provides full information on the topics that must be studied in each subject and the distribution of marks for those topics. 

The two core subjects of the Assam class 12th exam 2024 syllabus that are common for every student across all streams are:

• English 
• Modern Indian Language (MIL)

A student is required to pick one of the following options as part of the Modern Indian Language for Assam 12th exam 2024. Language options are common for all students across all streams.

Assam HS Exam Pattern 2024

The Assam HS exam pattern 2023-24 is available for all the subjects. The exam pattern will help the students understand the marking scheme, the difficulty level of the paper, and the weightage. Students must thoroughly understand the marking scheme before preparing for the upcoming board exams. 

Moreover, students have to secure a minimum of 30 per cent in each subject to pass the Assam HS board exams in 2024.

Assam HS Result 2024

AHSEC will declare the Assam class 12th exam 2024 results in June 2024 (tentative). Results for all four streams - Science, Commerce, Arts, and Vocational - will be available to students on the board's official website.

• Students have to enter their "Roll Code and Number" to check their results on the official results portal.
• Students must collect their Assam HS exam 2024 official marksheet from their school after some time.
• Science stream has the highest pass percentage followed by Commerce and Arts.
• Girls outperformed boys in all the streams.

Assam HS Compartment Exam 2023

Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) conducts Assam HS compartment exams for those students who could not pass the regular Assam HS exam 2023 in their first attempt. The supplementary results are considered final.

• Assam Higher Secondary Education Council will conduct the Assam HS compartment exam in August 2023 (tentative).
• Students must apply separately for Assam HS compartment exam 2023 after the board results are declared.
• Admit cards for Assam HS compartment exams will be released a few days before the exams commence.
