NIOS Result 2021 (Declared)

National Institute of Open Schooling has announced the class 10th and 12th results for the April session on 23rd July 2021. Students who appeared for the examinations can check the result on the official website - results.nios.ac.in - by entering their roll number and captcha code.

NIOS has released NIOS secondary and senior secondary public exam evaluation criteria. The calculation of marks is based on past performance and tutor-marked assignments (TMA). For learners who have passed in 4 or more subjects, the average of the best three subjects is considered. Learners who have passed in 2 or 3 subjects are viewed as an average of the best two past subjects’ performance. For learners who have passed only one subject in the same course and either TMA not available, the board has taken the average performance of the last three public examinations into consideration.

NIOS Result 2021 declared

The board has calculated the results for class 12th students based on the mean of maximum theory marks and minimum pass marks in theory multiplied by the TMA ratio. In contrast, the class 10th results are based on the mean of maximum (theory+practical) marks and minimum (theory+practical) pass marks in the subject multiplied by the TMA ratio.
