• Step 1: Visit the official website of CBSE - cbse.gov.in.
• Step 2: Click on "Main website".
• Step 3: Place your cursor on the tab "Board Examinations."
• Step 4: A drop-down list will appear. Choose the option "Previous Year Question Papers". In the new tab that opened
• Step 5: In the new tab that opens, choose the year whose papers you want to download. 
• Step 6: Select "Class X"
• Step 7: A table will appear containing subject names and PDF links. Click on the subject link whose paper you require. The question paper will appear in a new tab.

CBSE Class 10 Previous Year Question Papers: PDF Download

The Central Board of Secondary Education released the CBSE 10th previous year question paper on the official website for all the subjects for academic years 2024, 2023, and 2022. The following sections explain the availability of the previous years' question papers for each subject and the subject-wise question types present in the question papers for the academic year 2025. Students can refer to the question papers and check the topics from the CBSE class 10 syllabus in the question papers.

Language-Based Subjects - The CBSE class 10th previous year question paper is available for language-based subjects such as English and Hindi. The question papers of the language-based subjects will contain questions based on the discursive passage of 400-450 words, the case-based factual passage of 200-250 words, and MCQs / objective type questions, short answer questions.

Mathematics - Students can access the CBSE 10th previous year question paper for Mathematics.
