Category	There will be two options from which candidates need to select, whichever is applicable.If a candidate did regular schooling, he/she needs to select 'Regular', and if they didn't, they should choose 'Private'.
School Name	Candidates need to write their school name properly.
School Code	Every school has a unique school code that comes under the TBSE Madhyamik board. Candidates are required to submit their school code in this section.
Candidate's Name	Candidates need to write their names in capital letters and it should also match the name mentioned in their certificates. Note: The registered name will be used in all future academic courses.
Guardian Details (Hindi & English)	Candidates need to write their Guardian/Parents' name in Hindi and also in English.
Date of Birth	Candidates need to enter their date of birth as registered on their birth certificate issued by the government of Tripura.
Physically Handicapped (PH)	If a candidate is physically challenged, then he/she needs to select an option as Yes or No, and if Yes, they need to specify it or get verified along with the medical certificate.
