KSEEEB postponed the SSLC examination 2021 due to rising cases of Covid-19

KSEEB scheduled to commence the SSLC examination 2021 from June 21. But due to rising cases of Covid-19 all over the state, Karnataka primary and secondary education minister S Suresh announced officially on Thursday, 13th May 2021 to postpone the SSLC examination until further notice. The revised routine will be decided only after the second wave of this covid-19 pandemic dies and will be notified accordingly.

Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) was established in 1966 in Bangalore, India. The primary aim of KSEEB is to improve the secondary education system in Karnataka. Karnataka board executes and governs courses, examines syllabuses, and grants recognition to various schools and colleges.

Every year, the board conducts exams for SSLC and Pre-University (PUC) students. Final exams are usually held in March for both SSLC and PUC, but this time due to the shortage of time, the Education Minister has decided not to conduct the KSEEB board exams in March 2021.

Around nine lakhs of candidates appear in the Karnataka SSLC exam every year, and the number of candidates is also increasing per year. As the number of candidates appearing for the board examination is growing, the board has introduced more exam centres across the state.

Karnataka SSLC Board Exam 2021-Highlights

Karnataka SSLC Time Table 2021

Karnataka primary and secondary education minister S Suresh announced on 13th May 2021 that the government has decided to postpone the Karnataka SSLC examination until the second wave of covid-19 dies. According to the previous routine, SSLC examination 2021 was scheduled to commence from 21st June 2021. But it is postponed until further notice from the board's official website.

Approximately nine lakhs of candidates appeared for the Karnataka SSLC examination in the previous year (2020). Therefore a similar number of candidates can be expected in 2021 as well. KSEEB released the exam schedule online as a PDF file for the candidates to download, and therefore, candidates can visit to download the Karnataka SSLC time table 2021 PDF file.

Apart from the official website, candidates can also download the timetable from this portal's timetable section. As per the latest announcement, the board has announced that the exams will commence on 21st June 2021.

Karnataka SSLC Registration Form 2021

The board released the Karnataka SSLC registration form 2021 for candidates appearing in the board exam 2021. Candidates can download the registration form from the official website of KSEEB. After the results, the Karnataka board will also release the re-valuation forms online for the candidates who are not satisfied with their marks. In addition to that, the registration for Karnataka SSLC supplementary examination will begin after that.

Karnataka SSLC Hall Ticket 2021

Karnataka SSLC hall ticket 2021 contain all the essential details of the exam candidates.
