RBSE 10th Class Timetable 2019

  • Release: The Timetable for RBSE will be released in the month of December as exams are to be conducted in March.

    Q. Has the board fixed any age criteria for appearing in the examination?

    A. As if now there are no such age criteria for appearing in the exam

    A. There are a lot of choices depending on the interest of the candidate, one can make a SWOT analysis to further proceed with the track. Some common streams are Science, Commerce, Humanities etc

    Q. What if I don't do well in the exam?

    A. If at all the examination didn't go well, one shouldn't get worried as there must be something else the candidate is good at. Hence the next step would be to find out the alternative. Rechecking is also an option if the candidate feels he/she has done well yet got fewer marks.

    To solve the problems of the test takers/ teachers/testers and guardians, the board is launching a Central Helpline Center (Central Assistance Center (CHC)). The following arrangements have been made to solve the problems in CHC: -

    (I) A link on the board website www.rajeduboard.nic.in has been given "Central Helpline". Clicking on this link will get links to different branches of the board. If you want information related to the branch or the problem, clicking on the link of that branch will get links to all the activities related to that branch. 

    • When clicking on the link related to the problem, the commonly asked questions (FAQ) will be available based on all the information related to it, which can be obtained from the information and can be solved for your problems. The FAQ has answered all the possible questions.

    • If the problem is not resolved by the FAQ, then the details of the problem have also been made to get the medium of the form given on the website. The problem will be resolved by email / SMS or Phone.

    (II) CHC Phone no. 0145-2631310, 2631314, 2422877, 2428499 and Fax No. 0145-2627394 can also be contacted. By contacting these numbers, you can register your name, phone number and your complaint. 

    • After registering your complaint, you will be given a complaint Punjab number. The complaint received from you on CHC will be notified soon after you are informed by telephone/SMS or email.

    • You can also know the progress of your complaint by mentioning your complaint number on the above numbers.

    • This is the first step of CHC. In the second phase, online tracking of payment of examinations of Photocopy of scrutiny/answer sheet, online tracking of testers/test centers will be made.

    • This system is being used for the convenience of 20 lakh examiners, 25 thousand schools and 25 thousand examiners connected to the board every year. So that all the board related issues can be resolved promptly.

    • The work hours of the CHC office will be effective from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm.
