The Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examinations has announced the Tamil Nadu 10th English Exam Pattern 2026. The pattern comprises of two parts: English Paper I and English Paper II, carrying 100 marks each. The Tamil Nadu 10th exam for English consists of two papers comprised of Paper I and Paper II each paper has a maximum mark of 100. The exam consists of a combination of multiple-choice, short-answer and long-answer questions to assess language proficiency. To qualify for a pass, you must have at least 35 marks in both papers to qualify for a pass.
