The board will conduct the HBSE 10th English paper on 16 Apr 2024 from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm, which was earlier canceled due to alleged malpractice. The exams will be held in 3 exam centers of District Nuh. Furthermore, students must reach their examination hall 30 minutes before the commencement of exams along with their HBSE 10th admit card 2024.

HBSE 10th Exam 2024: Date Sheet 

The board has announced to conduct the English paper for the class 10th students on 16 Apr 2024 from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm. The paper was earlier cancelled due to alleged malpractice. Furthermore, the class 10th regular exams was held from 27 Feb 2024 to 26 Mar 2024 in pen and paper mode. • HBSE 10th practical exams was conducted in February 2024.
• The special exams will begin on April 2024 (tentative).
• The practical exams for special opportunity candidates will be conducted in April 2024 (tentative).

HBSE 10th Exam 2024: Admit Card 

HBSE published the class 10th board exam admit card on 20 Feb 2024. Regular candidates can collect admit cards from their respective schools. Details printed on the HBSE 10th admit card 2024 include the roll number, exam schedule/routine, etc. Candidates cannot appear for the HBSE 10th exam 2024 without a valid admit card.

School authorities must carry out the following steps to download the HBSE 10th exam admit card 2024:

The registration form for the HBSE 10th exam 2024 was opened on the Haryana board's official website on 24 Oct 2023. The board further extended the registration date for HBSE 10th exam till 24 Nov 2023 without any late fees. Moreover, the HBSE 12th application window was opened till 5 Dec 2023 with late fee.

The Haryana board will announce HBSE 10th exam 2024 results on May 2024 (tentative). The online results are provisional, and their print-outs need to be attested by the head of the institution for further use.

• The board will issue the original HBSE 10th exam mark sheet sometime later.
• Students can collect the same from their respective schools.
• Students dissatisfied with the marks obtained can apply for re-checking or re-totaling marks from May 2024 to June 2024 (tentative).

HBSE 10th Exam Passing Criteria

Students should be aware of the passing criteria set by HBSE. Go through the below-mentioned points to get an idea of the rules and regulations:

• Candidates must pass English and at least any other four subjects.
• That means that in five subjects with an aggregate of 33%, getting awarded the Haryana Secondary School certificate is compulsory.
• A candidate must appear only for that subject's practical exam if he does not pass a practical paper.
• If a candidate fails by one mark, the board can award him an extra mark, which will not increase the candidate's total score.

HBSE 10th Compartment Exam 2024

HBSE class 10 compartmental re-appear exams were held from 19 Oct 2023 in pen and paper mode. Those who did not perform well in the HBSE 10th compartment exam or failed in any subject are eligible for compartmental re-exams conducted by the Haryana board.

Moreover, the HBSE 10th compartment exams were conducted in two phases:

• Phase I was conducted from 27th July 2023 to 18th August 2023.
• Phase II was conducted in the last week of September 2023.
