The tentative list was out on Aug 2, 2025, and the last date to confirm your tentative seats was Aug 3, 2025. The choice filling process started on July 29, 2025, while the last date to pay the initial deposit and complete the choice filling was Aug 4, 2025. TANCET Counselling Procedure
Counselling registration, certificate verification, rank list creation, option entry, and seat allocation are all steps in the TN MBA admission process. DTE provides centralized counselling for TN MBA/MCA admissions, but TANCA/CEETA PG counselling conducts separate counselling for other CEETA PG courses.
The stepwise procedure involved in TANCET counselling 2025 process is elaborated below. You should go through the same.
Step 1: Online Registration
- You need to complete the registration process to appear for the TANCET 2025 counselling procedure. A direct link for registration was available on the official website.
- Registration is an important step. And if you fail to register, then you cannot appear in any of TANCET Counselling Rounds.
- In this stage, you will also have to make a registration fee payment to complete the registration process.
Step 2: Choice Filling
- After successful registration, you will have to select your preferred courses and colleges based on your priority.
- You are required to select your most preferred choices on the top.
- This choice filling facility will be available only once. Utmost care must be taken while making these choices, as the seat allotment, as per TANCET Counselling 2025, will be based on these choices.
Step 3: Document Verification
- The document verification round will be the third stage of the TANCET 2025 Selection Procedure.

Step 5: Reporting to the Allocated College
- After seats are allocated, the last and final step is to report to the allocated college for admission.
- You must report to that particular college within the specified time; otherwise, the allotted seat will be cancelled out and some other prospective candidate may fill that seat.
- After reporting to that college, you should pay the required fees, complete all formalities, and join the program.

The following points must be remebered by you:
- Anna University will release the counselling call letter to the ones who have applied for TANCET 2025 counselling, with all the information like the Time and date of counselling. In addition to this, you have to provide details like your name, registration number, counselling centre, and city.
- You are requested to report to the counselling centre 2 hours before the scheduled time to avoid any last-minute hassle and panic.
