JEECUP application form 2024 submission date has been extended till May 10, 2024.
JEECUP counselling 2023 for Pharmacy special schedule has been released. According to the schedule, the seat allotment result for the same will be released on Dec 19, 2023. Shortlisted candidates can get their document verification done between Dec 20 - Dec 23, 2023.
JEECUP counselling 2024 registration will start on the official website at jeecup.admissions.nic.in. Candidates can download their JEECUP 2024 counselling allotment list using their login credentials such as the application number and password.
JEECUP 2024 counselling process consists of several steps, beginning with registration, choice filling, payment of the processing fee, seat allotment, and lastly admission to the given institute. Students who have passed the exam are eligible for JEECUP counselling process.
Seats will be assigned based on the candidate's attained rank, preferences, and seat availability. Allotted candidates were required to confirm their JEEECUP admission by having their documents verified at district support centres and paying the remainder fee deposit. How to Check JEECUP 2023 Seat Allotment Results?
Candidates have to follow the below-given steps to check their JEECUP 2023 seat allotment results.
- Step 1: Candidates must visit the official website or type "jeecup.nic.in 2024 counselling" to get to the official counselling portal.
- Step 2: Locate and click on the Counselling tab.
- Step 3: A new window will appear after being redirected. Candidates must Enter the necessary login credentials as mentioned on the admit card.
- Step 4: Click on the sign-in tab after entering all the details.
- Step 5: The page will be redirected to the seat allotment list. Candidates can download the list.
JEECUP 2024 Counselling Procedure
The counselling process for the JEECUP exam comprises many processes such as online registration, choice filling, document verification, and admission process. The processes involved have been explained below for the candidates.
Step 1: Online Registration
The online registration for JEECUP counselling 2024 can be done through the official website of the exam. Candidates should enter their login credentials which include the registration number and password. At the end of the registration, candidates will have to pay the fee for JEECUP counselling process.
Step 2: Choice Filling
The next process associated with JEECUP counselling process is choice filling. After successfully registering for JEECUP counselling, candidates have to select their choice of course and institution or college. They can opt for as many colleges and courses as they desire. However, candidates must check the availability of seats before making their preferences.
Step 3: Document Verification
The exam authorities will verify the candidate's documents, which are submitted during registration. The verification is done in order to confirm that all the information provided by the candidates is the same as the details given in the original documents. Candidates failing to submit their documents will not be considered for admission. The candidates belonging to the reserved category should produce the necessary documents on the day of the JEECUP seat allotment process, for availing of the reservation.
Step 4: Seat Allocation and Payment of Fees
After the seats have been allotted to the candidates, they must deposit some amount to secure their seat allotment if they are happy with the same. After paying the fees, candidates can download the JEECUP call letter or allotment letter if satisfied; otherwise, they can take part in the subsequent counselling rounds as per their previous preferences.
