Availability

Applicants can download their admit card from the conducting board’s (NTA) official website from 15th April 2019 onwards.

Admit Card + ID Proof

Candidates are required to carry the hard copy of the NEET Admit Card 2019 and a government approved identity proof to the Examination Hall.

When demanded by the authority, the candidate must show the Admit Card for admission in the Examination Hall. A candidate who fails to present the valid Admit Card shall not be given admission to the Examination Hall under any circumstances by order of the Centre Superintendent.

Email Copy

A copy of the admit card in pdf format will be emailed to the candidate on their registered email id after the candidate downloads the admit card for NEET 2019. The candidate should carefully examine the NEET 2019 Admit Card for all the provided information and must contact the conducting authority in case of any discrepancy.

Note

The candidate must kindly note that NEET Admit Card 2019 will not be sent by post.


Steps to Download NEET 2019 Admit Card

Candidates need to follow the following steps to download the NEET 2019 Admit Card.

  • Step 1: Visit the official NTA NEET website, https://www.nta.ac.in/medicalexam

  • Step 2: Click on the link provided on the bottom left of the website to access the NEET Admit Card 2019.

NEET 2019 Code of Conduct

Admit Card

The Admit card is a must for admission in the Examination Hall. A candidate failing to possess a Valid Admit Card shall not be admitted to the Examination Hall under any circumstances.

Report on Time

The candidate shall not be permitted to enter the examination hall if he/she reaches after the mentioned time.

No Personal Belongings

Candidates are not allowed to carry any material other than the Admit Card and Photographs inside the examination hall. No arrangement will be made at centres for keeping any articles/ items belonging to the candidate.

Answer Sheets 

Candidates will not be allowed to leave the exam hall without handing over their Answer Sheets to the invigilator on duty.

No Re-test

Those candidates unable to appear for the exam on the scheduled date of test, re-test shall not be held for those candidates by the board under any circumstances.

No Talking Inside the Hall 

Candidates shall maintain perfect silence and attend to their Question Paper only. Any conversation or gesture or disturbance in the Examination Room/Hall shall be deemed as misbehaviour.

No Smoking 

Smoking in the examination centre is strictly prohibited.

No Eatables

Water bottles, Tea, Coffee, cold drinks or snacks etc are not allowed inside the examination centre.

Prohibited Items 

If a candidate is found in possession of any barred items inside the centre, it will be considered as use of unfair means and action will be taken against the candidate in accordance with the relevant provisions. Barred items are - Printed or written material, bits of papers, Gemotry/pencil box, Calculator, log table, Electronic pen, Wallet, Goggles, Handbags, Camera, ornaments Communication devices like Mobile phone, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphones, Pager, Health Band.

Ans. Yes, it is necessary to print copies of the NEET 2019 Admit Card. Once you download and save a PDF copy of the admit card make sure few printouts of the Admit Card are taken which will be required during the admission processes after the results are out.

Q. How to download NEET Pro Forma/ Proforma?

Ans. NTA has not included any Proforma with respect to NEET 2019. It will be updated here once the official notification is out.

Admit cards will not be sent to the candidates. These will be uploaded on the website. Candidates need to download the Admit Card from the website only. This facility will remain operational till one day prior to the day of examination. Thus, the Admit Card can be downloaded within the stipulated time only.

  • Admit card will be issued to candidates once the registration and scheduling process is completed.
  • Candidates are required to print a copy of the Admit card and affix a latest passport size photograph (specifications given in Information Bulletin) on the admit card.
