1. Carry All The Necessary Documents & Items

  • Valid photo identification (Aadhar, PAN card, Voter’s ID, etc)

  • Stationery to write the examination
  • A pet water bottle
  • University or College ID Card.

2. Find The Exam Center Beforehand

4. Be Careful With The OMR Sheet

The candidates must be careful with marking the OMR sheet. They should use a pen or a pencil to mark the circle. The shading has to be within the circle. No double marking the circles in the OMR sheet. If the candidate marked a wrong answer, erasing the marking in the circle, and if the dark colour of the marking shows - then the question will be a negative marking. 

5. Follow The Invigilator’s Instructions

The candidate must follow the invigilator’s instructions in the examination hall. The invigilator usually asks the candidates not to engage in any malpractices, not to borrow any stationery, not to talk in the exam hall, and such. 1. Don’t Be Late For The Exam Center

The candidates must always be 15 minutes early to the examination centre. It is important to make yourselves comfortable with the surroundings, giving you peace of mind while writing the examination. 

2. Avoid Malpractices

The candidates are strictly prohibited from copying, using any bit papers, or bringing any piece of paper other than the TANCET admit card 2023. If any invigilator sees that candidate is malpractice to pass the examination, their OMR answer sheet will be seized, and the candidate will be escorted out of the examination hall. 

3. Don’t Carry Any Electronic Devices

The candidates cannot carry their books, phones, tablets, or electronic devices inside the examination hall. If the invigilator finds any while the candidate enters the exam hall - the device will be confiscated and returned after the examination. 

4. Avoid Last-Minute Preparations

The candidates are requested to avoid last-minute preparations, which will make them tense about the question paper. Instead, the candidates are recommended to sit silently and listen to the music of their choice to keep them calm. 

5. Don’t Spend Too Much Time On A Question

The candidates are requested not to spend too much time on one question. The exam is 120 minutes, with 5 sections with 20 questions each. For aspiring MBA students, the candidates can maximum spend 1 minute and 20 seconds on each question. And it is recommended that the students start with the easy section first and work through the difficult sections.
