Madras University Eligibility Criteria

Master’s of Business Administration is a 2-year program. The university offers a Master’s program in finance, marketing and human resources. The medium of instruction is English. The fees of an MBA from Madras University are INR 48,780 for 1st year and INR 46,340 for 2nd year. It also provides an executive MBA on weekend mode.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The student must have passed a bachelor‟s degree in any subject from Madras University or any other university as equivalent thereto.
  • The students have to qualify for TANCET, which is conducted by DTE on behalf of the Government of Tamil Nadu.

Madras University M.Sc Eligibility

Master of Sciences is a 2-year program consisting of 4 semesters. Madras University conducts this course in specializations like applied geography, computer science, counselling Psychology, cyber forensics & information security, chemistry, material sciences, psychology, and many more.

Madras University Scholarships

Madras University offers a variety of scholarships to students based on merit and keeping in mind their financial status. Apart from scholarship, the complete waiver of fees is granted to one poorest student in PG course selected on basis of merit for each PG course. The annual income of parents of that student has to be less than INR 1,00,000.

A list of the University of Madras scholarships awarded are as follows:

  • The Scholarship will be provided to 15% of the top-ranking candidates passing the qualifying examination from Tamil Nadu and admitted to the respective campuses.
