TS EAMCET counselling 2023 involves applying for counselling, filling up a college choice, document verification, allotment of the seat, and reporting to the respective colleges for admissions to undergraduate engineering/ agriculture and Medical courses across the colleges/ institutes of Telangana.
- Eligibility: Only those candidates who have successfully qualified for the exam will be called for TS EAMCET Counselling 2023.

TS Counselling 2023 Special Phase Dates and Events
The last date to cancel the provisionally allotted seat from Phase 1 and 2 will be announced, and cancellation can be done via online mode only. Candidates who are not satisfied with the allotted seat can opt for counselling for the final round. Post which a special round of counselling will be conducted. Find the schedule below.

Candidates can alternatively save their provisionally allotted seats by following either of the options mentioned below.
- Applicants can pay the fees for admission and report to the college as allotted via online mode.
- Candidates can report to the college allotted provisionally and be excused from paying the minimum fee.
- However, the fee will be refunded if the candidate reports to the allotted college after the special round is conducted. If the candidate withdraws from the special round allotted college, they will be required to pay the tuition fee for the first year.
- The authorities have mentioned that all candidates except SC/ ST category who are exempted from the tuition fee must deposit INR 10,000.

Candidates must follow TS EAMCET 2023 counselling procedure given below.
Step 1: Processing Fee Payment
- To participate in TS EAMCET counselling 2023 process, candidates must visit the helpline centres according to their ranks for registration and pay the requisite processing fee.
- To pay the fees, candidates must log in using their class XII exam hall ticket number, the registration number of TS EAMCET, and their date of birth.
- The fee payment must be made online (credit card/ debit card/ net banking). Without paying the processing fee, candidates cannot register for certificate verification.

Step 2: Verification of Documents
- Candidates must bring their documents for verification after fee payment.
- They must report for verification according to their ranks in TS EAMCET.

Documents Required by PH/ CAP/ NCC/ Sports/ Minority Candidates
The applicants who belong to PH/ CAP/ NCC/ Sports/ other minorities must bring the documents below.
- PH- certificate issued by District Medical Board. Only candidates with 40% and above disability will be considered eligible.
- CAP- certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer - Identity card and Discharge book (in case of Ex-Servicemen) and Service Certificate (in case of service members) issued by the Competent Authority for verification.
- NCC & Sports - Original Certificates issued by competent authorities
- Minorities - SSC TC containing Minority Status or Certificate from the headmaster
- Anglo-Indian - Certificate issued by Tahsildar of their place of residence.
Step 3: Choice Filling
- Candidates will be required to fill their choice of colleges and courses in the order of their preference.
- For the choice filling, candidates will have to register and choose from the displayed options in the order of their preferred choices of colleges and courses for admissions.
- The order of preference should be from higher to lower, and candidates will be able to choose as many options as they wish.
- After all of the options are selected, candidates will be required to print out the selected options for future reference.
Step 4: Allotment of Seats
- TSCHE conducts the seat allotment online based on candidates' choices, merit, category, local area, special reservation category, and more.
- The allotment status will be informed to candidates via SMS to their registered mobile number and will also be available online.
- To access the allotment order, candidates must submit their ROC form number, TS EAMCET hall ticket number, password, and date of birth.
Step 5: Payment of Tuition Fees and Self Reporting
Candidates must pay the tuition fee as mentioned in the provisional allotment order online (credit card/ debit card/ net banking) and take the admission number to confirm the provisionally allotted seat.
In case, Tuition Fee is Displayed as Zero
- If candidates are shown the tuition fees to be paid as zero during the payment, they will have to log in and use the self-reporting system to accept the allotted seat.
- Self Reporting means that candidates will have to accept the allotted seat by submitting original documents at the allotted institute. By accepting this option, candidates will also participate in further rounds of TS EAMCET counselling while keeping the seat allotted.
- After clicking on “Accept my Joining”, the joining report along with the admission number will be generated. The printout of the joining report will have to be submitted to the allotted college along with the allotment letter.
If the case, the Tuition Fee is not Displayed Zero
- If the tuition fees to be paid by the candidates are not shown as zero, then they must pay the fee online.
- After payment, they must click on “Self Reporting System” and “Accept my Joining”. The candidates' joining report and admission number will be generated, which must be submitted at the respective college along with the allotted letter.
Reporting to the College: The seat allotted to a candidate without submitting the original certificates/ documents must be reported to the reporting college immediately.
Participating in Subsequent Rounds: Candidates who have not yet participated in previous TS EAMCET counselling can participate as a fresh candidates by attending certificate verification at one of the HLCs (Help Line Centers).
Seat Withdrawal: At the end of TS EAMCET Counselling 2023, if you still want to cancel/ withdraw the allotted seat, you can do it before the stipulated date for cut-off by approaching the Convener in person.
How to Retrieve Password?
In case a candidate forgets his/her login credentials, the following steps can be followed to retrieve the password.
- Step 1: Candidates must click on 'Forget Password'.
- Step 2: Enter the required details.
- Step 3: Click on 'New Password'.

Tie-Breaking Rules for TS EAMCET 2023
When there is a tie between two or more candidates in TS EAMCET 2023 results, the following rules will be used to break it.
Tie Breaking Procedure for TS EAMCET 2023 Engineering Course

TS EAMCET 2023 Admission Cancellation
Following are the possible cases if a candidate intends to cancel their TS EAMCET 2023 admission by withdrawing the seat allotted to them.
- If the seat allotment are done before the first phase of counselling or the announcement of the cut-off date of cancellation, the entire admission fee paid by the candidate would be refunded.
- Suppose the admission is cancelled after paying the tuition fee. In that case, the university colleges will refund the admission fee, and the private unaided colleges will refund the entire fee.
