NMAT 2020 Eligibility

Exam Date : October 6, 2020 To December 19, 2020
Result Date : January 18, 2021

NMAT 2020 Eligibility Criteria is decided by Graduate Management Aptitude Council. All the candidates must thoroughly check the eligibility standards applying to the NMAT 2020.

NMAT Eligibility 2020

Candidates can get to know the minimum qualification required by him/her to take the test. The eligible candidates can start preparing for the exam by going through the syllabus.

Before applying, candidates are advised to go through the eligibility criteria for the exam. The applicants are required to fulfil the below-mentioned eligibility criteria for appearing for NMAT 2020.

  1. A minimum of 50% marks is required to be scored in the graduation degree program.
  2. Candidates who are appearing in the final qualifying examination are also eligible to apply, provided they fulfil the eligibility criteria at the time of admission.
  3. Work experience is not mandatory for appearing in the examination.
  4. There is no restriction regarding the age of a candidate.

Candidates are advised to determine their eligibility before applying. If found ineligible or involved in any unfair activities, their candidature is liable to be cancelled at any stage of the selection process for admission.

I am an international student but I have an NMAT score of 597. Am I eligible to apply for the exam?

No, international students applying for the NMAT exam must have a valid GMAT score of 600 and above to be eligible. The GMAT score for the last 3 years up to October 2020 will be taken into consideration.

Here is the eligibility criteria for MBA/MBA Banking :

  • The Candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree (10+2+3/4) in any discipline from a recognized University with an aggregate minimum of 50%.
  • Candidates with a work experience of more than 2 years in a Pharmaceutical Company are also eligible to apply for the NMAT exam.
  • Candidates appearing for the final year Bachelor’s degree program are also eligible to apply for NMAT 2017.
  • The international students applying for the NMAT exam must have a valid GMAT score of 600 and above to be eligible. (The GMAT score for last 3 years up to October 2017 will be taken into consideration).
  • International candidates who have more than 2 years of post qualification experience will be preferred.
