What is TS ICET Exam?
TS ICET stands for the Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test, that is conducted by Kakatiya University on behalf of the Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE), Hyderabad. Candidates who aspire to pursue MBA & MCA professional courses in Telangana state can take up this examination. A total number of 23,358 seats are available in 100+ b-schools in and around Telangana through TSICET 2021.
TS ICET 2021 is a state-level entrance examination conducted by Kakatiya University on behalf of the Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TSCHE).
Telangana Integrated Common Entrance Test or TS ICET 2021 offers admission in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) and the Master of Computer Applications (MCA) courses. The TS ICET question paper will consist of three different sections, of which the first 2 sections can be conducted in English or Telugu according to the candidate's choice whereas, the last section especially is conducted only in English.
Note: TS ICET2021 is also conducted in the Urdu medium, which has only been assigned for one section.

The official notification has been released by the Kakatiya University and candidates can apply for the exam before Jul 30, 2021.

TS ICET 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates are required to fulfill the TS ICET 2021 Eligibility Criteria to apply for the exam. It is mandatory that the candidates check if they clear the eligibility criteria prior to applying. The Kakatiya University of Warangal has notified the following criteria for taking the TS ICET 2021 Exam.
Candidates applying for MBA must have a Bachelor's Degree, and a minimum of 3 years of duration from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% of marks (45% for SC/ST candidates). The candidates applying for MCA should have a bachelor's degree i.e., BCA and should have arithmetic or mathematics in 10+2 standard. The candidates who are in their final year of their qualifying exam are also eligible to apply for the exam provided that the results will be out on or before the TS ICET Counselling Process.
For those candidates who have completed their bachelor's degree in distance mode, they shall be recognized by the Joint Committee of AICTE, UGC or DEC.
Domicile and Age
The candidates must meet the local/non-local status requirements and should be Indian origin. Candidates other than Indian Nationals should satisfy rules prescribed by the concerned University. TS ICET 2021 Eligibility has no restriction on age to take the exam.
No. of Attempts
There is no limitation on the number of attempts that a candidate can have for the TS ICET Exam.
It is to be noted that the candidates who are eligible for the scholarship must be of age less than 30 for OC candidates or less than 34 for other candidates.
Note: Mere presence of the candidate for TS ICET or obtaining the qualifying marks doesn't entitle the candidate for admission. He must qualify the individual requirements of the institute.

TS ICET 2021 Online Application Form
The registration process for TS ICET is completely online and requires the candidate to register in the official website. It is essential that the candidates read the instructions clearly prior to filling up the Application Form. Candidates will be required to submit certain documents along with the application forms. TS ICET 2021 Results
TS ICET 2021 Result will be declared online, and candidates can access the same from the official website. Candidates are required to know that the TS ICET 2021 Results are published based on their performance. Candidates should make sure to prepare and do good in the examination for better results.

Qualifying Marks: The General/ OBC candidate has to secure a minimum of 25% marks, i.e., 50 marks out of a total of 200, and for SC/ ST category candidates, there is no such qualification.
Tie-breaking: If more than one candidate scores the same in the TS ICET 2021, the tie-breaking will be done by considering the marks scored by the candidate in Section A, Section B, and the age of the candidate.
Cut-off: TS ICET Cut off is the minimum score required to secure admission in MBA and MCA courses offered by various colleges and institutions in the state of Telangana.
Merit List: Based on the Results, the conducting body will announce the Merit List and ranks are given accordingly.
Validity: The validity of the TS-ICET exam results is for 1 year.
TS ICET 2021 Counselling
Based on the TS ICET Merit List, qualified candidates will proceed to the TS ICET Counselling. Candidates should be aware that the counselling process is entirely dependent on the cut-off. Candidates are required to score better to increase their chances of getting admissions in good institutions.
Eligibility: The candidates who have successfully cleared the TS ICET can participate in the Counselling Process.
Process: The candidates have to first register for the TS ICET 2021 Counselling Process which includes document verification where the candidate must be present in the help centres which are specified by the authorities of TS ICET, then carry out the TS ICET 2021 document verification process. Once the certificates are verified, the conducting authority will release a portal to book their preferred slot.
Seat Allotment: 85% of the available seats will be reserved for the local candidates. 15% of the remaining will be left unreserved, as specified in the AP Educational Institutions order 1974 as amended. During the seat allotment process, choices that have been locked by the candidates before the deadline will be considered for seat allocation process.
Payment of Fee: The next step is the payment of the fee. Candidates are required to download the bank challan from the online website. The fee can be paid in any of the Andhra Bank or Indian Bank in the state of Telangana.
If the candidates cannot attend the 1st phase of counseling, they can enroll themselves for the 2nd phase of counseling. The announcement for such would be made beforehand on the official website, and the candidates must make sure they attend it elsewhere they would lose the opportunity of getting admission.
The seats are allowed to the unqualified minors or the candidates who have not appeared for the TS ICET only after all the qualified minor candidates are allotted seats in the respective minor colleges. However, the unqualified minor candidates are not eligible for the scholarship scheme.

- Reach on or before the time mentioned on the Admit Card. Electronic are not permitted inside the exam hall. Students can take a plain clipboard to the examination hall but, it should be clean, and nothing should be written on it.
