Candidates selected for MHT CET 2022 counselling process will be informed via a notification on their registered email address or mobile number. Candidates who have qualified for MHT CET will have to appear for the counselling process that is conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research for Health Sciences and Pharmacy courses.

- Before cancelling the HSC Board examination, the State Cell reduced the syllabus for various subjects. The candidates must prepare according to the latest, revised syllabus only.
- Candidates will be expected to answer 10 questions in each section, based on the syllabus of class 11. 20% of the weightage is occupied by class 11th's syllabus.
- The level of difficulty of MHT CET 2022 may be raised.
