The eligibility criteria for ATMA 2021 is set by the conducting body- Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS). It specifies the nationality, ideal age, educational qualifications and various other eligibility conditions which the candidates must satisfy in order to apply for the exam. The exam is held about four to five times every year. The registration form for the exam which is to be held on April 25, 2021, commenced on March 4, 2021. The registration for the proceeding session will commence on May 2, 2021, tentatively.
What is the eligibility criteria for ATMA 2021?

CA candidates: Candidates who have completed CA can also apply for ATMA 2021.
Work Experience: It is not necessary for a candidate to have work experience to apply for ATMA 2021. Even candidates without any work experience can fill the ATMA application form.
College-wise ATMA 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Various colleges grant admission on the basis of the candidate's performance in the ATMA 2021. They, however, have distinct eligibility criteria for admission. The candidates must ensure that he/she meets the eligibility criteria for these institutes too before applying for the exam.
Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Usha & Lakshmi Mittal Institute of Management
A candidate must be a graduate to apply at BULMIM for admission. For candidates belonging to the General category, the institute accepts 50% marks in the qualifying examination. The candidates belonging to the reserved categories must have attained 45% marks in the qualifying examination.
Those candidates who will be appearing for their final exams are also eligible to apply. They must, however, present their qualifying certificate within 90 days of taking admission.
Candidates with a score of more than 50% are eligible to apply for admission to this university. Provisional admission is granted to candidates who will appear for their final examination in the current academic year. They will have to submit the certificate of qualifying examination within two months of the session's commencement.
St Francis Institute of Management and Research
Candidates who have cleared the ATMA 2021 exam, and have scored more than 50% marks in their qualifying exam are eligible to apply at SFIMAR.
ATMA 2021 Eligibility: Reservation Criteria
ATMA offers a concession for applicants belonging to certain categories. The details related to the same are:

ATMA does not allow any concessions or relaxations for reserved categories such as SC, ST or OBC. But the participating colleges do offer certain relaxations to the claiming candidates. Such candidates will be asked to present the below-listed documents at the time of application or admission:
- Caste certificate
- Caste or tribe validity certificate
- Applicant's aadhar card
Stages after satisfying ATMA 2021 Eligibility
Once a candidate has fulfilled ATMA Eligibility he or she can apply for the exam on the official website. After that, a candidate can read the exam pattern and begin his/her preparation accordingly based on the time he or she has for the exam.
Note: It is mandatory for an applicant to satisfy the eligibility criteria failing to which, ATMA will bar the applicant from attempting the test. Hence, the candidates are advised to go through the eligibility criteria carefully before applying for the exam.
