Mode: LPUNEST is a national level test which is conducted via non-paper mode i.e. it is a computer-based test (CBT) according to the LPUNEST 2020 Official website.

The LPUNEST 2020 pattern of the exam is Multiple Choice questions (MCQ)LPUNEST 2020 Exam has a total of 4 subjects viz. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology and English.

There are a total of 4 sections the LPU NEST 2020. The candidate will be awarded 4 marks for every right answer. There is no negative marking. So candidates can take full advantage of this by attending to all the questions with the right answer or closest to the right answer that they know.

  • LPUNEST 2020 B.Tech exam paper consists of 135 Multiple Choice Questions and 15 Numerical Answer Type Questions which have to be completed in 150 minutes (2 hours 30 minutes).
  • The MCQs of English section will comprise 2 marks each and the rest of the questions will be of 4 marks each.
  • Depending upon the course, candidates can either opt to appear for PCME (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & English) or PCBE (Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English)

Yes, it is. You can choose any suitable date and test centre in April. Also, the candidate should always bear in mind that the allocation of LPU NEST exam and test centre will be subject to availability.

The applicants are advised to appear for the exam at the earliest to avoid any last moment setbacks.
