KMAT Exam Pattern 2021 Highlights

KMAT Karnataka allows students to take admission in MBA/ PGDM and MCA course in Karnataka. KMAT Karnataka 2021 exam will be conducted offline, i.e. Paper-Pen Based test. Having proper knowledge of the exam pattern will help the students in many ways, it will help the students prepare well for the exam, students can prepare the study plan according to the exam pattern. Time management is one of the most critical aspects of an exam. Having proper knowledge of the exam pattern will help prepare a better study plan, organize topics or subject with utmost importance, put them into priority, and so on. Detailed below is the KMAT test pattern.

Exam Pattern

Topics from which the KMAT questions paper are being asked are Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning. There are 40 questions from each of the sections. Total of 120 questions for a duration of 2 hours. A correct response gives a candidate 1 marks and there is no negative marking. Given below is the detailed pattern on which the exams for admission to courses like MBA/PGDM and MCA is being conducted.

Total Question In KMAT Exam

The question paper will be divided into 3 sections- Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning. Find the KMAT question paper pattern below.

  • There will be 120 Questions in the exam
  • There will be three sections in the exam: Verbal Abilility, Reading Comprehension and Quantitative Ability & Logical Reasoning

KMAT 2021 Mode Of Exam

The exam will be conducted in an offline mode, i.e., pen and paper mode. The students will have to mark an OMR sheet with the appropriate answers only. As there will be no negative marking, it is advised that the students attempt every question even if he/she is not sure of the answer to a particular question.

KMAT Question Pattern

KMAT question paper will have Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) during the examination. Students will have four choices for each question, and he/she will have to choose the correct answer by marking the OMR sheet.

KMAT Marking Scheme 

The KMAT marking scheme is quite simple as there will be no negative marking for incorrect & unanswered questions, so candidates must ensure they are not leaving any question unanswered as it will not have any negative impact on the final results.

KMAT Exam Pattern For MBA/PGDM

There will be three sections in the test: VARC, Quantitative Ability, and Logical & Abstract reasoning. Students need to have a stronghold on all three sections of the KMAT Exam to do well and score good marks in the exam. KMAT test Pattern for admission to MBA/PGDM courses is given below.

KMAT Exam Pattern For MCA
