Counselling related information will be available on the official website KEAM 2021. For KEAM counselling 2021, you need to have all there original copies of your academic certificates. You are advised to carry original mark sheet to the KEAM 2021 counselling then there will be a chance of admission to get cancelled. Downloaded mark-sheets and scanned certificates are not allowed at the venue.
Online Registration: Those of you who have cleared the cutoff of KEAM 2021 exam, they can register for the online counselling. Counselling Procedure will start after the online registration. The choice of colleges and courses has to be submitted after registration.

KEAM 2021 Final Seat Allotment

System: Final seat would be allotted to the candidates will be done via the Centralised Allotment Process (CAP) through Single Window System (SWS).

An online list will be announced where the selected candidates and their allotted institutes will be present on the official website of KEAM.

All the candidates who will be allotted the seat will have to pay the tuition fees at the CEE account in the specified branches of State Bank of Travancore (SBT).

Ranking Based Counselling: Allotment of seats and admission procedure will be purely based on the rank obtained in KEAM 2021. To confirm the admission the candidates have to report back to the college after the final seat allotment.
KEAM 2021 Steps to Register for the Counseling
Step 1: Registration

The candidates will have to log in using their KEAM 2021 roll number and application number.

After logging in, the candidates will have to submit their key number and password. The key number is a 16 digit alphanumeric code which is provided to the registered candidates on the security card.
Step 2: Selection of Courses and Colleges

After successfully logging in, candidates can check the list of participating colleges and courses which will be displayed on a screen.

The candidates will have an option to select colleges from the available options in the order of preference. It is recommended to fill maximum choices to have a better chance of admission.

The options selected by the candidates will be visible on the screen. Click on the “Save” button to save the selection.

Double-check the order of preference as allotment of seats during counselling will be done accordingly.
Step 3: Filter Option

Candidates have the option of filtering the choices entered by using the edit button and add or drop a course or college as per your preference. Once done, submit the form.

After the submission of the choices, the candidates will be able to review the selection.
- The candidate is advised to take the print-out of the filled details while the time of counselling for further usage.
