How to Download The CMAT Response Sheet 2024
To download the CMAT response sheet 2024, candidates can follow the below-mentioned steps to download the official CMAT answer key.
- Step 1: Candidates must visit the official NTA CMAT website- cmat.nta.nic.in.
- Step 2: They can enter CMAT login credentials like Application Number and Password/ DOB
- Step 3: Candidates must enter the security code shown on display.
- Step 4: On submission of the required details, the CMAT answer key and responses will be shown to the candidate.
- Step 5: They can click the download button and save the CMAT response sheet on their device.
Steps to Challenge the CMAT Answer Key
If a candidate is confused with their responses on the answer key, they are advised to challenge the CMAT 2024 answer key. Following are the steps mentioned to challenge the officials.
- Step 1: Candidates can visit the official site of CMAT NTA i.e.; cmat.nta.nic.in
- Step 2: Candidates need to log in with their CMAT Application number and DOB by entering the security pin. Click on the “submit” button.
- Step 3: Click on the “View your question paper” tab for attempted questions and view the challenges, click on the view/challenge answer key.
- Step 4: Candidates can see their Question IDs are in sequential order.
- Step 5: The ID next to the question paper under “Correct Option(s)” shows all the correct attempts approved by NTA.
- Step 6: If candidates wish to challenge, they may use any option IDs given in the next four columns by clicking on the check box.
- Step 7: After clicking on the desired option, scroll to download and click “Save your claims” to move to the next screen.
- Step 8: Candidates can see all the option IDs they have challenged
- Step 9: Candidates can upload all the supporting documents by clicking on “Choose File” and uploading the documents.
- Step 10: Click “Save your claims and pay fees” or a candidate can also modify the claims by clicking on the “Modify your claims” tab.
- Step 11: After saving the claims, candidates will get their challenges.
- Step 12: Pay the CMAT 2024 objection fees by clicking the “Pay Fee” tab. The responses will be recorded after successful payment.
- Step 13: Candidates need to pay Rs 200 per question challenged. They can complete their dues via Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking/ Paytm.

How to Calculate The CMAT Score?
CMAT response sheet 2024 carries question-wise correct answers and options selected by the candidate. The marks given and deducted are mentioned on the scorecard. The candidates can calculate their raw CMAT score. Check out the CMAT marking below:
- Four marks will be awarded for each correct choice.
- One mark will be deducted for every wrong attempt as a negative marking.
- 0 marks will be awarded for unanswered queries.
Example
Suppose a candidate has attempted 15 out of 20 questions in the language comprehension section. Out of 15 questions, nine answers are correct, whereas six are incorrect. So, the score in Language Comprehension will be (9x4)-6 = 30. So, your score is 30 out of 80 in the Language Comprehension section.
How to Calculate CMAT Percentile?
To calculate the percentile using CMAT Response Sheet 2024, candidates can easily calculate their CMAT 2024 percentile using the formulae.
Percentile (P)= 100 X Number of candidates who appeared in the examination with a raw score equal to or less than the candidates divided by the number of candidates who appeared.
Example
Suppose 10,000 candidates appeared in the CMAT 2024 entrance exam and candidates get Rank 1, the score will be 99.99.
