NPAT Counselling 2023 Highlights

The candidates whose names are mentioned on the merit list released on the official website after the announcement of the result are called for the proceeding NPAT counselling 2023 round. Generally, the counselling process involves three rounds. Three separate merit lists are released for each round. Some of the important facts associated with the NPAT counselling 2023 are mentioned below:

• The mode of NPAT counselling 2023 will be offline, and it will be held at any one of the NMIMS institutes.
• The counselling schedule, as well as the list of all candidates who are shortlisted for any of the NPAT counselling rounds, can be checked at the official website.
• Merit lists are prepared on the basis of candidates’ performance in the exam. The merit lists prepared will be considered final and no changes will be made.
• Seats in different programs will be allotted to qualified candidates as per the merit list, choice and availability of discipline.
• The NMIMS NPAT BBA counselling does not involve any group discussions or personal interview rounds.
• NPAT Admission Fee 2023 is to be paid on or before the last date to confirm the allotted seat.
• The letter of admission will be given after the candidate's documents have been verified.

NMIMS NPAT Counselling Dates 2023 

NPAT counselling dates 2023 will be updated in this section post the release of the official notification. Candidates who are seeking admission to one of the NMIMS colleges must keep a regular check on all the NPAT counselling 2023 dates. 

The NPAT counselling 2023 process generally comprises three rounds. The second round is conducted to fill up the seats left vacant in the first round of counselling. The candidates who have their names on the waiting list must keep a regular check on the NPAT counselling section, given on the official website.

NPAT 2023 Merit List

NPAT cut off will be the minimum mark required by the candidate to get admission into the desired programme. It will be based on the total number of applicants, the number of seats and the level of difficulty of the exam. The candidates who score well shall find their names on the merit list. These candidates will further be called to participate in the following NPAT counselling 2023 process. 

• Eligibility to Take Admission: A candidate should score marks above the NPAT 2023 cut off to get admission. The admission of a candidate to a particular course will depend on the NPAT 2023 Cut Off released by each institute.
• NPAT 2023 Merit List: NPAT 2023 Merit List will be prepared on the basis of the marks scored by the candidate in the exam. Those candidates will be invited for the NMIMS NPAT counselling 2023.
• First Round of NPAT Counselling 2023: The first round of counselling will be held in May 2023. In case seats are left vacant after the first NPAT counselling and admission process, another round of merit list will be prepared.
• Second Round of NPAT Counselling 2023: The second round will be released in June 2023.

Documents Required for NPAT Counselling 2023

The selected candidate has to be physically present at the time of NPAT 2023 counselling along with the following documents.

• Class 10th marks sheet
• Class 12th marks sheet
• Passport size photograph
• Transfer certificate from school
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• Hall ticket of NPAT 2023
• To confirm their qualification for the program, applicants who have passed their 10+2 or equal examination from abroad board/universities are required to submit AIU proportionality declaration.
• Applicants who have passed, or, are showing up for 10+2 examination from a board/university where a grade point average is given, they would need to deliver in writing from the board/university concerned, with the comparable percentage for the GPA/CGPA obtained.

NPAT 2023 Selection Process

The key highlights on NPAT 2023 selection process are below.

• A merit list will be prepared on the basis of the performance of the candidate in NPAT 2023.
• Candidates must be physically present in the offline NPAT counselling 2023.
• In the counselling session, candidates will be given admission to various disciplines as per their merit, choice and availability of discipline as per eligibility criteria & vacancy.
• If the candidate gets selected in more than one school and has secured admission in that school; and further wishes to secure admission in the second school as per selected preference (at the time of NPAT 2023 Application Process), then the candidate will require to cancel his/her admission from the first school in order to get admission in the school of next preference.
• Candidates can only be admitted to a single school.
• Candidates are advised to not plan travel on the same day of NPAT counselling dates.
