The admit card for the MAT 2021 Sep PBT session was released on Aug 30, 2021. Steps to Download the MAT Admit Card 2021?

The candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam centre if they fail to produce a hard copy of the admit card. The admit card for the upcoming phase of MAT CBT & PBT will be released on the official website soon after the registration process concludes. To access the hall ticket for the upcoming MAT exam, candidates can follow the steps mentioned below:

  • The candidate must visit the official website of AIMA to download the MAT admit card.
  • Enter the name, MAT 2021 registration number & date of birth.

  • Click on the 'Submit' button.
  • Then, the MAT admit card 2021 will be displayed on the screen.
  • Download the MAT exam admit card and take a printout of it and keep it safe for the exam and further reference.

  • The test takers must carry an original and xerox copy of a valid photo ID proof along with the admit card to the examination centre.
  • Candidates applying under reserved categories must carry the original copy of their caste/disability certificate on the day of the exam.

Note: AIMA does not accept any request for a duplicate MAT hall ticket. However, all candidates can re-download their MAT Admit Card 2021 anytime before their exam date.

Errors or Discrepancies on MAT Admit Card 2021

In case there is any discrepancy in MAT Admit Card 2021, a candidate should immediately contact the concerned authorities for a solution. If the applicants do not alert the authorities before the examination, then they might have to face a problem on the exam day.

The applicant must notify the conducting authorities if-

  • The candidate's name is misspelled on the AIMA MAT 2021 admit card.
  • The candidate's PwD/DA status is incorrect in MAT Hall Ticket.
  • A different test city is allotted rather than the one filled during the MAT 2021 application process.
  • The candidate's photograph is not visible on the MAT admit card.
  • The candidate is unable to complete the MAT admit card download process despite a successful registration.

MAT 2021 Exam Day Instructions

The AIMA has designed a set of rules and regulations for candidates appearing for the examination. This set of instructions and rules should be followed by each candidate on the day of the examination, at their respective MAT exam centres. The instructions to be followed on the exam day are listed below:

  • Entry to the exam venue without the hard copy of the MAT 2021 admit card is impossible.
  • A candidate must not spoil or mutilate the hall ticket.
  • Candidates must also not change any entry made therein. For any changes in the information given on the admit card, contact the exam authority at the earliest.
  • Do not carry any unfair item or other documents except admit card along with government ID proof at the MAT 2021 exam centres.
  • Any mutilated, altered or invalid admit card will lead to the cancellation of your candidature.
  • Students will not be allowed to borrow stationery from other aspirants during the examination.
  • Electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, smartwatches, etc are not allowed inside the examination hall.
  • It is mandatory for all candidates to wear a mask inside the exam centre. Candidates can also bring a small, transparent bottle of hand sanitizer to the venue.

  • Preservation of MAT Admit Card: The hall ticket is proof of identity, and the candidates must preserve it till the admission process gets over.
  • MAT Admit Card Details: The admit card contains important details such as the name of the candidate, application number, roll number, date and time of the examination, address of the exam centre, mode of exam, and various other important instructions.
  • Tampering of admit Card: If any MAT exam admit card is found to be tampered with then, the candidate to whom the admit card belongs will have to face unpleasant consequences.
  • Incomplete Applications: Candidates who fail to complete the MAT 2021 application process will not be issued with a hall ticket.
  • Verification: All the details mentioned on the admit card should be verified and any issues regarding the data should be brought to the notice of the concerned authorities immediately.
  • Plagiarism: Plagiarising the admit card is a punishable offense, anyone found to be plagiarising the admit card will be reported.

What After Downloading MAT Admit Card 2021?

Once the candidates have MAT Admit Card in hand, they must cross-check all the details mentioned on it. In case of any incorrect detail, they must contact the authority immediately. If the photograph or signature is blurred, carry a photograph to the exam centre along with an original photo ID.

Save the MAT Admit Card 2021

The candidates must preserve the MAT hall ticket even after the exam has concluded. It has vital information such as the candidate's roll number, application number, etc. The candidates are likely to forget these particulars, but this information is essential at the time of checking the result, and often, even during the further admission process. Q. Apart from the MAT hall ticket, what else do the candidates need to carry to the exam centre?

A. The candidates will be required to carry a government-issued photo-ID proof (such as the Aadhaar Card, Driving License, PAN Card, etc.) and the self-declaration form along with the MAT admit card.

Q. What is the self-declaration form?

A. The candidates must carry the duly-filled self-declaration form claiming that they are not suffering from Coronavirus to the exam centre. The candidates who have symptoms or are COVID positive must avoid going to the examination centre.

Q. What safety measures are the conducting authorities taking, keeping the current situation of COVID-19 in mind?

A. Before allowing entry to the venue, the concerned authorities will check the body temperature of each candidate. Candidates who aren't wearing a mask will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. The candidates will also be allowed to carry their own bottles of hand sanitizers (transparent) to the venue.

Q. I am taking MAT in IBT mode. What if my family starts talking anywhere around me? Will the remote proctor consider that off bounds and disqualify me?

A. The candidates who are taking MAT from their homes must ensure that they take the test from a silent place/room where they are not disturbed by any of their family members. The candidate's face should be visible clearly at all times. If any acts lead to suspicion, the proctor reserves the right to conclude the test immediately. 

Q. After the test gets over, will I have to submit my MAT hall ticket?

A. The invigilator will keep the top half of the candidate's hall ticket. However, the remaining half will be returned to the candidate after the invigilator signs and stamps it.
