UPTU 2024 Exam Day Guidelines
Candidates must follow specific guidelines before appearing for the UPTU exam, as given below.
- Candidates must reach the exam centre on time.
- The candidate is supposed to paste a recent, clear passport-size photograph similar to that on the confirmation page, in the space provided on the UPTU 2024 admit card, and get it duly attested by the Principal/ Head of the institution last attended or by any Gazetted Officer.
- The candidate also has to bring two passport-sized photographs to the UPTU 2024 exam center and submit them to the examination hall's invigilator.
- The signature and left thumb impression of candidates on the UPTU 2024 admit card should match with the database retained by the invigilator in the exam hall.
- The candidate should use only a black ball pen while writing the UPTU 2024 examination to fill the question booklet and OMR answer sheet entries.
- Each question booklet is related to the corresponding OMR answer sheet kept inside the question booklet. Changing the OMR answer sheet from one set to another is strictly prohibited and shall be punishable under law.
- Calculators, log tables, and communication devices such as cellular phones are not allowed in the UPTU 2024 examination hall.
- A candidate is advised to check the details printed on the UPTU 2024 admit card regarding their name/ gender/ date of birth/ category/ weightage/ domicile, etc. In case of any discrepancy, the candidate is advised to report to invigilators in the examination hall during the examination.
- Candidates should note that if their photograph/ signature printed on the UPTU 2024 admit card is blurred or incorrect or not visible, they must report to the nodal centre in the city of examination allotted to them for issuance of a duplicate admit card.
